— quaritch and varang are going through a divorce bcs of differences they can no longer reconcile
— varang got into a car accident and the hospital contacted quaritch since he's still her emergency contact
— after a few days of unconsciousness, she woke up and was sweet to him which confused him so much bcs they couldn't even bear to be in one room (yet he stayed beside her during those days)
— the doctor revealed to him that she's got some sort of amnesia so she couldn't remember recent events and quaritch had no choice but to play along
— not having the heart to tell her about their divorce, quaritch eased in back to their domestic and married life which made him reconsider the divorce, realizing he's still madly in love with his wife
— until a coworker asked varang how she's handling the divorce proceedings, only then did she discover quaritch has been playing her for a fool
