In this blog I will share info that I have gathered on Isometric training. Currently im in the process of releasing a goal of 99lbs. As of 11/25/2010 I weighed in @ 319lbs. I felt sluggish with inflammation in my chest in which the doc said its just GAS... OK I said ,.. Then I was like naw man! I gotta get my health together so now im eating more alkaline foods, being more active and learning to strengthen & cleanse my body all simultaneously.
