As we think about student voice, consider this teenagers hopes and fears for education.

I wonder if schools are also a sacrifice zone? What/who is being sacrificed? Who benefits from the sacrifice?What is gained? 

An interesting read on the use of technology inside (and outside) the classroom and how it promotes democracy as something that “inserts itself, intervenes and interrupts” (Ruitenberg, 2008).

I am intrigued by this school model, so we are going to do a bit of analysis today to figure out what type of critical questions we should ask to ensure that needs of all students are being met.
