We were sleeping peacefully when suddenly the bombings shook everything around us, bringing back fear and terror. The war has returned, and there is no safe place for us. My family and children are struggling to survive, and hunger is consuming our bodies. I know asking for help is difficult, but I am helpless in front of my childrens tears and their eyes begging for food. I’m sorry to trouble you, but you are my only hope after God. I know you are trustworthy, and I was not wrong when I shared my struggles with you. For more than a month now, my phone has been broken, and I’ve been using a friend’s phone most of the time, but I cannot continue like this.

Today, I need your help to buy a new phone. Some phones have entered Gaza, but the prices are very high, and the phone I need (which supports eSIM due to the poor networks here) now costs $2000.

Since we were forced to flee from Gaza to the south , my family and I have been living in a small tent in the south of Gaza. This tent is the only shelter we have, yet it offers almost no protection from the cold nights or the burning heat of the day. Inside, the ground is our bed, and there is nothing to keep my elderly parents comfortable. It breaks my heart to see them already weak and in fragile health lying on the bare ground, struggling with every new day.

We are in desperate need of food, clean water, and medicine for them. The prices here are impossibly high, and I cannot afford to give them even the most basic things they need to survive. Every moment, I fear for their health, and I feel helpless watching them suffer inside this thin piece of cloth we call a home.

Please, I am asking from the depth of my heart: help us bring a little comfort to my parents' lives. Your support will not just provide food, water, and medicine-it will give them dignity and relief in these darkest of days. Even the smallest contribution can make a world of difference for us.

Our greatest hope now is simply to have a little food to keep us alive. Imagine living under our conditions , unable to feed your loved ones. The reality is far heavier than it sounds. Books are in short supply in Gaza right now. Omar has been saving books during the war and taking him with them through multiple displacements. He shared his packing and transport on September 6, 2025.

Today, Rawan walked a lot to get just enough signal for a short WhatsApp conversation. She has missed her exams because she couldn’t find a workspace, which breaks my heart because I know how seriously she takes her studies.

She’s extremely depressed. She has social anxiety and can’t bear to be separated from other people only by a piece of fabric. Both her sisters keep getting sick due to the unsanitary conditions. Food is as expensive as it was in the north. She wants to go back to the north, but anyone who tries gets killed. She told me that if it becomes possible one day, and if she can afford it, she wants to leave Gaza. She had never thought like this before, but she’s exhausted, you can’t imagine.

Please help me alleviate her burden. Unless a miracle happens, we probably can’t get them an apartment, but let’s at least bring them some comfort. Enough money to not worry about food, maybe a carpet to put on the sand. Please donate what you can or at least share this post so other people can donate 🙏
