Robert: “Am I gonna be okay?”

Yelena: (smiles and cups his face) “No you’re in a relationship with me. Everything will never be okay” (kisses him deeply)

Yelena: “You’re here. With me. You’re safe”

Robert: “Not really no. But you’re the only one who understands that”

Yelena: “I find it best to ignore them”

Yelena: (later team meeting) “DO NOT EMBARRASS ME LIKE THAT IN FRONT OF OUR NEW FRIENDS”

Robert: “I won’t…but you need to stay alive too”

Yelena: “I will” (she cups his face. Both smile and kiss each other deeply like it may be the last time)

Robert: (not listening just admiring her)

Yelena: “Robert got it?”

Robert: “Yep”

Yelena: “You didn’t listen to a thing I said did you?

Robert: “Nope” (smiles)

Yelena: (smiles) “Just stay behind me”

Robert: (thinks: in that moment time stopped and the void stopped talking and I became in control. For the first time in my life I had control and trust for her. Because nothing was gonna stop me from getting back to her, nothing was gonna stop me from protecting her and making sure she was safe and okay. I knew in that moment I fell for her so hard and life would never be the same) “Okay”
