I present to you: the pussy Bible
I would like this to stay written by women only- please only add things if you identify as a woman <3
General rules:
1. consent is sexy.
Always ask and ask frequently. There are better ways to do this than others.
Good:
you like that baby?
Can I make you feel good?
Do you want it?
Mid:
Can I xyz?
May I?
Terrible horrible burn it:
Should I xyz?
2. if youre unsure don’t do it
Confidence is sexy but also we can tell when you’re unsure and it scares us. Stick to what you know.
3. COMMUNICATE!!!!?
Wanna try something new? Ask her. Want to do a little more? Ask her. Think this is too much for you? Tell her. Think it’s too much for her??? Ask her.
Run down on consent:
Consent isn’t tricky. If you don’t want to do anything then don’t. If she doesn’t want to do something then don’t. If she doesn’t want to be touched like that then don’t.
Consent must be given and can be taken away at any time. Thats why communication is so important.
If she decides half way that she’s done then stop.
If she says no to xyz it doesn’t always mean to stop all together.
If she’s down for one thing it doesn’t mean she’s down for the next thing so make sure to ask.
Most women would rather be asked if it’s ok to do something and won’t be offended either. It makes us feel safe when we know you want to please us as much/more than yourselves.
Most women also cannot be aroused if we’re scared for our safety.
before
Even before foreplay you need to discuss a few things: protection, expectations, and safety.
Pretty please don’t only use the pull out method <3
If this session is all about her then tell her. If you’re going to be having penetrative sex then tell her. If you want to try something new then ask her.
Understand her body and understand that there can be medical conditions that affect sex even if they’re unrelated. If you want to be doing kinkier things then discuss what that looks like. Also please get tested <3
Dont have heavy and serious conversations when you’re ready to start the fun stuff- it can be a mood killer. Dont get your hopes up before you’ve discussed shit.
Foreplay should be AT LEAST as long as the rest if not longer. It shouldn’t only be kissing too. And dick pics aren’t foreplay???????
*Most* women aren’t visual. *most* women like the anticipation.
Female anatomy is meant to be turned on before we’re fucked. Not only does it lube everything up but it makes the whole system get into place. The vagina expands up to 7x and creates all the sweet spots you want to hit. Otherwise the vagina is in the wrong position in the body and won’t give the same sensations when stimulated.
If she’s not wet when you first touch her- you did it wrong.
During
*some people say fingering is foreplay and they’re wrong. Anything inside is sex. Oops.
PSA: CUT YOUR FINGER NAILS AND CLEAN OUT THE DIRT UNDER YOUR NAILS HOLY SHIT.
Fingering is the thing most guys do wrong and that’s because it’s not super straight forward. Don’t be a dumbass.
The first thing is: the in and out motion doesn’t feel good. The stimulation of having something inside feels good and the stimulation of certain points feel good.
So where are those spots? The main 2 spots are the g spot and the clit.
The g spot is a flat soft tissues right past the opening behind the pubic bone. It’s a different texture than the rest of the vagina and you’ll probably get a different reaction from her too. When you first enter the vagina on the top of the opening (same side as her belly button) you’ll feel a rough/ribbed texture- go past that. Once it’s smooth and squishy you’ve found it. Press that gently and massage it with the pads of your fingers. This is where that famous curling motion comes into play- that’s the goal of that motion. Most women cannot orgasm from only penetration.
The clit is bigger than you think. It doesn’t just sit outside the vagina in the vulva- it wraps around the entrance of the vagina and sits inside- the g spot is actually part of the clit. What you’re looking for is the most famous part. It’s not hard to find if she’s turned on- if she’s not turned on you’re doing it wrong. The clit gets bigger when aroused and becomes more sensitive too.
above the vaginal opening, tucked in the labia minora you’ll find the clit- and when you find it she’ll react. It’s at the very top of the labia in the very center. Women like a lot of different sensations on the clit and is very personal to them- so try shit out. Start out with slow light circles and then add pressure before speed. Try out combos of slow/fast light/hard. But that’s just hands. Your mouth can do some amazing things on the clit and a lot of women can orgasm from only clit stimulation. I suggest starting with broad flat strokes with the entirety of your tongue and then getting more and more focused on the clit. Suck it- kiss it- lick it- give it some love and she’ll go crazy.
Hit her with the tongue and fingers at the same time and she’ll melt in your hands
Toys are a tool not an enemy.
If she says “just like that” keep doing the same thing- don’t speed up or slow down or change ANYTHING AT ALL.
Take your time with everything. Don’t rush any part of this process yourself- if she wants more usually shell ask or push farther with you.
You can tell a woman is orgasming when the vagina tightens in a repeated and rhythmic way. Some women their back will arch and hips may grind. Some women get louder and some women stop making noise all together. A majority of women will release more fluid and a small percentage of women will squirt. Not all women can physically do that and not all women want to. Don’t be weird if it does or doesn’t happen. You signed up for this <3
Position matters a lot. Size for most women doesn’t matter- you can hit all the spots you want to if you’re 4” or bigger. A lot of women prefer girth over length.
The easiest position for a woman to take size is missionary. If you want to hit a good spot put her legs on your shoulders- not all women are flexible enough to do this.
Doggy style is also popular but to be so brutally honest so many girls feel like we’re going to fart in that position and girls don’t fart because it’s illegal.
Riding is can be very fun as well and is least insecure for a lot of women. I suggest guiding her hips if she’s comfortable with it- it can be tiring to ride and it also gives a bit of support for us.
Try different things and experiment but have a conversation before things get too serious about what you want to try.
Sex is very insecure for a lot of women but there are ways to make it a safer place for us. Encouragement is a big thing- saying “fuck” under your breath is something a lot of women love. Saying when things feel good and complimenting how she feels will make her light up- we don’t know if we feel good to you unless you tell us and we can’t change how we feel so knowing that we’re good is reassuring.
A big part of good sex is listening. Not all women are super vocal or loud so sometimes it’s a bit harder to tell. It’s rare that a woman doesn’t react to stimulation at all though. If you’re confident you’ve found a sweet spot pay attention to how she reacts and try to get a similar reaction from other spots.
After
Post nut clarity happens to women we’re just better at hiding it.
Don’t throw her a towel and ignore her.
Catch your breath if you need to and be there with her for a minute. Hold her and kiss her and tell her she was perfect and wonderful. Do not bring anything negative into this conversation or I’ll kill you myself.
Some women get weak knees or shaky legs after sex so don’t expect her to be able to get up right away.
Ask her if she needs anything. Some things could be a towel or clothes (something comfy if she needs it) maybe ibuprofen- water or a snack is also good to offer. Above and beyond points for a shower or a hot bath.
Bare minimum: “how are you doing? Can I get you some water or anything?”
Bf material: “here’s my hoodie- I’m going to go heat up the shower also here’s a million dollars”
The worst feeling is letting someone into your body and then being left alone after. It’s vulnerable to have sex as a woman and it can be scary. All women in their lifetime have been sexually harassed- not necessarily raped but harassed. If a woman trusts you enough to let you into her body- please make sure she’s ok after.
Disclaimers:
1. all women are different- mind body and soul. If she says something different than what I just said- believe her over me.
2. There’s more to it than what I said- these are the basics and based off my own knowledge and experience
