katsuki "let me love on you?" bakugou still feels a need sometimes to have permission to show you affection. he wants to so badly, and he's worked out of it quite a bit, but even the phrase "let me love on you?" is ultimately seeking permission, not consent. he knows he's allowed to. he knows you consent. he's concerned you don't want it sometimes. but you always, always want bakugou to love on you.

like romance and love and sex and flirting is this grand experiment that generally makes him uncomfortable but when he meets you, it becomes something he really really wants to try, but he has no idea where to begin. so usually his flirting attempts are constipated and jilted, sometimes even cheesy, and the sort of things that work in his favor, where he sees success, are when he like tucks a piece of hair thatβs in front of your face behind your ear when yβall are eating dinner. heβs not doing it to flirt with you, heβs doing it because βoh god, what if they accidentally eat hair.β and then he doesnβt get why your face is bright red !!!
like anything he does or says that is βsmoothβ is purely because he was trying to be functional and helpful. any outright flirting he does is stuff heβs seen other people do, which does not translate well. does this make sense bakugou void???
i don't think bakugou would like that you have migraines, but i do think he likes the fact that if you have a migraine he just gets to hold you in your bedroom with all the lights off and the blackout curtains drawn.
he always forces you to take your pain meds with water, no dry swallowing here!

ok so i have a very long fic in my google docs, so far it is about 2 chapters done, but 11 pages written, and i have no motivation to write it anymore πππ

here are a few ways best way to circumvent writer's block!
write choppy sentences.
as much as i hateee going back through and making drafts, sometimes writing segmented sentences helps you at least get the thoughts out and able to have life.
wear a specific set of rings (if you don't mind them).
even if you're clocked in to staring at doc time, have them on. when you're inspired and ready to write, put them on too, this helps make your brain associate writing with those specific rings.
pillar candle.
idk what's in it but i lit a pillar candle once in my WORST bout of writer's block and for some reason i was flowing. (dollar tree, wink wink) has to be unscented... idk man!
ambient. noise.
anything. nature. river rushing. rain. anythinggg! (this guy is my go-to and i'm pretty sure it's not ai... if i find out it is i will obv be changing) i also recommend writing sprints!!
there may be a day where you just have to push yourself through it without really wanting to, but that's good (as long as it's not, excruciating LOL).
i had to force myself through the end of a few of my recent fics (esp the middle of robert fic... omg the middle of my most recent fic π), this. is. natural! it's natural to come down from the high of an idea and be met with the fact that said idea needs to be on the page... but eventually, when the levee breaks it'll be chef's kiss! and you always have the time to go back <3
don't fight it!!
lol take a break! if it ain't happening, there's no reason to torture yourself with it that day. push it off and move on and do not worry about it! you're not chopped liver, you're human and need a reset.
last is to not take yourself so seriously when you're in doc for a second... let yourself be silly. think of something ridiculous and throw it in and keep it pushing. much easier to take something out than to put it in.
........just a few things though, there's many, manyyy more, but you have to learn yourself and see when works for you! maybe writing outside! comfy clothes! oh, a warm drink nearby.
