CHIVO!!!! So this was my first post but apparently it got taken down. On a whim, I decided to make Roy Choi's goat stew. I ordered goat meat at a Spanish market in Spanish, cut meat for the first time and I killed it. It was spicy and a unique flavor but for something not terribly well planned out I think I killed it!

Chili verde, Refried beans, and Spanish rice all from scratch. Beans could have used some bullion but still pretty tasty
