here’s the story: once upon a time, hnak said “man, there should be avengers academy ocs.” and then one friend made one. and then another. and then another. and hnak made one too. and now hnak as a little army of avengers academy ocs and it’s the best thing ever.

i'm tempted to rework my jgs oc to fit in AA now.

The man, no, mutant before him looked familiar. Perhaps it was someone they had briefed him and his classmates about in villain's 101. Maybe it was just an uncanny resemblance to what he thought Dracula must have looked like.

He should probably start paying more attention in class. It would have been helpful to have been one hundred percent sure of who this man was.

[ He notices the man shift his sleeve and blinks, realizing what he’s been doing. He should have known better. After all, his physical mutation got a lot of stares. He knew how uncomfortable it was to get looked at like that. ]

Oh, we don’t work together. I’m not an Avenger and, uh… The X-Men don’t let me out in the field so…

[ He clears his throat, glancing off to the side. ]

Wouldn’t think you’re an Avenger. No offense, son, but I think even after a brief hiatus, I know the roster well enough. X-Men’s a different story. 

[ Palm scraping at the rigid line of his jaw, he cocks a brow. ]

It would be cool to be an Avenger. I'd get to work with like... Hawkeye, Captain America, and Ms. Romonova. That's be pretty swell actually.  But I'm pretty sure they wouldn't take someone like me.

[ He shrugs. ]

"Woah, when did you get that?"

"Who did this to you?"

"How many time have I told you to be more careful?"

"You’re saying this was an accident?"

"What a shiner!"

"If you look like this, I’d hate to see the other guy."

"I’m not buying it, you don’t walk into a door and get a bruise like that!"

"Does it hurt when I touch it?"
