It still feels weird thinking about it being 2022! I hope everyone’s new year is off to a good start! I just got some great news this morning and am feeling ready to tackle this week. Good luck to everyone starting semesters! 🤍

So far being the co-editor of the university journal has just meant anonymising papers and organising the contributors, board of editors and peer reviewers. Now I am reading the contributors’ penultimate drafts myself and really enjoying being more involved in the process; thinking a lot about what we are going to write in the co-editors’ introduction. I really enjoy the mix of leading and involvement that comes with being an editor and it’s something I would love to do more of in the future.
