Seriously how has no one found this yet?
I hada feeling it wasn't a real horse.
pianoacrossamerica:
Angel Oak tree on Johns island near Charleston, SC. I found out that this tree is actually estimated at 600 years old! The limbs of the tree are so heavy that parts of the thick branches go under the soil and come right back up. It was like a huge tree octopus with many more limbs.

There is absolutely no piece of technology that can replace the piano.
Certainly not a smart phone.

The Roots of Music
#MusicEducation Monday! The first ever “#grandpiano” was invented around 1700 by Bartolomeo Cristofori. His new #piano resembled the previous design of a #harpsichord, but it was the first to successfully use a hammer-action keyboard to hit the strings - instead of plucking them. A hammer based system enabled the #pianist to have greater control of soft or loud notes… a.k.a dynamics. The italian #musicalterm “piano” and “forte” indicate “soft” and “strong” respectively, hence #Pianoforte. Cristofori was about 45 years old when he started reinventing the piano in such a way. Unfortunately his design was not very well accepted during his lifetime, as people could not foresee the substantial improvements that would be added to his invention in the future. The picture above is one of the last remaining piano’s #BartolomeoCristofori constructed - held at the #MetropolitanMuseumofArt in #NYC. Go check it out and tell them #innov8music sent you! 😉🎼🎶♥

Piano fairies always bump into my fingers when I play.
another example of minimalism in music
"Peter Aidu plays Steve Reich’s ‘Piano Phase’ with an absolutely unique technique: with a left hand on one instrument and the right hand on the second piano - he alone performs the score for two pianists."

Notestradamus cat Smooch tries to melt the birdcage bars with his mind. Water in the cup boils, but alas, the bars remain intact.
TWTSG
So we have the stack of CDs, they are selling, we are happy. We get great feedback. People write wonderful reviews. (http://www.amazon.com/The-Way-Story-Goes-Evi/dp/B00IPQRBV2/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1405388413&sr=8-2&keywords=evi+the+way+the+story+goes) Yes, I'm shameless. Ed is happy but starts to explore how he has always heard his music in his head, an orchestration. He looks online, nixes many and is drawn to the compelling music of film and TV orchestrator David Christensen. He emails Mr Christensen and is surprised to get a reply. When asked what is his intention for the music, Ed says he would like to leave his music as a legacy for his children. Something for them to remember him by. David listens to Ed's music, and having children himself, understands and agrees to orchestrate TWTSG.
