This my goddamn 3rd surgery this year Drained my bank accounts. Teeth go crazy. I take such good care of my teeth, but having an extra bone in my jaw just wasn't fair. BUT I'M ALL GOOD!

We finally have abs coming in. I've never had that in my liiiiiiife. Leggo

I was so paranoid I'd put the weight back on. Instead with all the cardio, and eating, I'm not gaining any weight, and working on my figure a lot. I'm glad things are going well, I'm proud of myself

I look unrecognizable. I'm honestly glad I made the changes, but I was so overweight for so long. It's weird looking at old pictures and not feeling like it's me. But I feel like I'm me now and that's what matters. It does affect me wishing I could have done better sooner. I'm aligned to doing better though. No diets or anything, just mindfulness. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I've always wanted to, and finally I'm at a point. I'm underweight. I lost all of the excess I had, and now I can just workout and get to how I've wanted to be for a long time.

I've lost over 75 pounds in 10 months! I've got no belly. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in I guess. I can do my before and after pictures at some point. I'm proud of myself

Today is hard. This is tough for me. I could use a hug. I'm never having this tough of a time

That's a lot for me! I'm in like the best shape I've ever been. It's good. It's only that I've changed to live in my mentality that I'm where I need to be. Mindfullness

I'm so excited for my job and I love my coworkers #### I do my own part time Things are feeling so much more aligned in life
