(Okay so it turns out I had this confused with the ‘moment of weakness meme’ so both this and the rough touch ask will be switched up! Sorry for the inconvenience! DX)

My muse is been beaten badly and is in bad shape, yours finds mine in this state.
Rantarou didn’t understand what was wrong with the world. It was one thing to take his sisters, another thing to be giving him these powers he never asked for, and now…
He lost someone precious from him yet again. It festered with him for days, like a ticking time bomb. He tried to be the pillar of support for his friends, but honestly? He was close to snapping.
He guessed this was how he ended up running into a pair schmucks leaving a bar on a evening stroll.
It wasn’t like he wanted to pick a fight, even if that was almost exactly what he was doing right now. This wasn’t something he could really explain out loud, but he needed some kind of outlet for everything that had happened.
He wasn’t an idiot. He’d run into guys like this before. Rantarou could dance circles around them with only words in his ammunition. He knew exactly how to drive this conversation into dangerous territory. It was very shady and wrong, but this needed to happen. He needed someone to punch him right now.
“Wait,” The guy said to his companion, “Wait. Isn’t he the kid that was on the article? The one that was with Angie-sama?”
Rantarou narrowed his eyes, knowing instantly of what they were referring to. It wasn’t that long ago when someone had seen him and Angie together and had taken pictures whilst they were unaware they had even been caught. Angie suspected one her enemies in the industry might have leaked some intel to the media.
Well they certainly cared about him now, didn’t they? Once his dear idol friend was put into the equation. He already had them pretty upset before, but now they were absolutely seething in rage. “Devoted fans”, so they seemed. Rantarou really didn’t want to have to drag Angie’s name in this conversation, but he knew if he only pushed a little bit more while she was the incentive of anger for these guys, he’d be the one flying across the room any second.
This was means to an incredibly shallow end for him. But…what other choice did he have? It was better for him to get wailed on now, instead of him taking his frustrations on anyone else.
I’m sorry, Yonaga-san, he thought.
“C’mon boys,” He turned his attention back to the man in front of him with a lazy smirk on his face, voice drawled in faux confidence, “Let’s be honest with ourselves here. Couple of big guys like you who throw their weight around like pigs on their hind legs? Don’t have so much a snowball’s chance in hell with a girl like her anyway.”
“I mean, don’t you guys have anything better to do than to watch teenage girls sing and dance in short dresses? It’s creepy. Not to mention sad.”
He saw a fist coming toward his face. He ignored every basic survival instinct that told him to dodge it.
He’d gone back to his apartment, nose bleeding profusely and he knew they really messed up his shoulder from the throbbing pain he felt in the muscle. He didn’t even want to look at what they did to his face. He fumbled with his shirt, and tossing it towards a random chair.
Rantarou heard a knock on the door. You have got to be kidding me, what now? He debated going to open it, but instead opted to kick off his shoes, groaning in pain as he sat down on his mattress. Really he just wanted to sleep this off and put an end to a crappy day. Whoever was at his door could come back tomorrow.
The door suddenly slammed open, and Rantarou would have leapt like a flaming demon out for blood if he hadn’t been in so much pain. He instead turned to his side, ready to give whoever opened that damn door a piece of his mind….
Only to find a pair of shocked blue eyes waiting for him there, who gasped aloud in horror when she saw the state he was in.
Yonaga-san…He’d completely forgotten he had given her the spare key to his room.
This is what you asked for isn’t it? A dark part of his mind hurdled his actions of the evening back in replay mode. You wanted to feel pain, didn’t you?
She came closer. He was frozen as he felt her hands on his face, brushing bright green bangs from his eyes with her fingertips, seeing the full extend of the damage with her own eyes.
Really, he wanted to ask himself the same question.
