How we do Xmas eve.

Grilled endive, citrus chèvre, spiced huckleberry, huckleberry vinaigrette, pecan brittle. Been working on this wintry salad concept for a few weeks and finally created something I'm stoked on. I'm super grateful to work for such a rad chef who lets lowly line cooks play with food and get our dishes on the menu at #clydecommon. Work hard, play around, get creative and have fun with food, this is what it's all about. (at Clyde Common)
