I think the most alienating difference of opinion about Sunny for me is when I hear people talk about how they want it to end, and the leading hope/theory/ideal end is always along the lines of “they die” or “they get arrested” or “they lose the bar”

Of course I understand why that is, but every time I see a post like that it’s just like ..ah. ok. I have very different feelings.

#yeah idk what kind of satisfying ending an Ending would be #imo this has always been a slice of life into their garbage fire lives so why would the end of the show be the End of anything for them #at most I'd like to see a plot arc about a bar fire where they resolve it as the bar being basically identical to before #though I think also they could have an episode in the last season where there *is* a bar fire #but not the last episode and it turns out either the bar is lightly charred and they're just gonna leave it like that #or else it was like highly flammable decorations up that went up dramatically but then nothing else burned at all #but I really want the show to say they're still out there being menaces #iasip
