“It is yours” and “It is thine” differ only in their level of formality.

Important to highlight if you didn’t catch the nuance above - thou (subject), thee (object), thy and thine are all singular pronouns, like “he”, “I” etc. The reason there’s only a “ye” listed above that’s plural is that in additional to formality, the plurals are ye (plural subject i.e. the thou equivalent), you (plural object, i.e. the thee equivalent), your and yours (used how they are now). Thine is also used

Another quick shorthand is to compare them to singular first person (even if the overall sentence structure is different) - I, me, my, mine. Most of them rhyme, and you’ll probably get it in the right place if you thought about a first-person version of the sentence with the exception of “my” before a vowel.

Also: the “before a (spoken) vowel” is true for thine but also it’s a possessive pronoun (yours, mine etc) - the starting sound of the word if relevant when replacing “your”, but when replacing “yours” it’s just thine.
