Even in the chaos of NYC try to find 5 minutes a day to trully relax and meditate this will bring tremendous amount of prana ( energy ) back in to your body. Take advantage of all the amazing community gardens and enjoy a few seconds of personal silence, get to know your mind and find some inner peace and joy.

Everyday remeber to say thank you for what you have and work really hard for what you want. Remember that at the end of the day happiness is deep inside of you and all you need is yourself to be happy.
