Dear mind, stop thinking so much. I need sleep.

I would rather be engulfed in the 3a.m. silence than ask for help because that’s much easier than explaining why I’m not okay.

‘are you happy?’ is such a difficult question. i always say yes, because i have friends, i laugh at jokes, i go out a lot and have fun. my life isn’t as bad as it could be, and i dont have terrible problems. it could be worse. but then, one night at 3am when im alone still awake, lying in bed, thinking about life, i find myself crying my heart out suddenly, i’m convinced that nobody likes me, or nobody will ever like me. i feel horrible and i question everything i had and i dont know if i was ever happy at all.

Never get too attached to anyone unless they also feel the same towards you, because one sided expectations can mentally destroy you.

“Give me answers,” she asks, her eyes are blurry with tears, “why do I always drive people who loves me away and wants someone who doesn’t want me?” I realize I have no answers for that question. Because I also wonder the answer for that.

Do I mind texting first? No, I will show that I care about you. Do I mind texting first for weeks and basically talk to myself for a whole conversation? Yeah, I kinda do. So forgive me if I’m done trying.
