       “Ah, Tsu!” his face lit up, smiling wide. “Been wondering where you ran off to! Let’s go grab some food, whatdya say?”

      “ Of course ! I’d love to ! ♡ “

The weapon smiled at the thought , the excited expression on the warrior’s face bringing a sense of excitement to herself.

Packets, boxes and items of all kind came crashing straight down; possibly even onto the heads of passerby who weren’t cautious. Who knows what made the stranger stumble and inconvenience the two’s current shopping haul for groceries, and Black★Star wasn’t having it. He was the victim of this mess, only because said stranger knocked the basket overflown with goods right out of his hands.

❝ Why, I oughta … ❞

The sudden and loud squeak of her meister’s sneakers stopping to a halt startled her , quickly looking over her shoulder to see what had happened. Their grocery day was going so smoothly , and now their entire list was all over the place !

“ A-Ah no ! It’s okay , d-don’t worry ! “ She scurried over to the scene and quickly bent down to pick up the items. Unfortunately , fragile fresh produce was apart of their selection and had been splattered all over the floor. Tsubaki began stammering and scattering to pick it all up , worried before an employee would come over and immediately ask for compensation for the damaged goods.

  a  smile  is  worn  as  she  opens  her  lunch  box  ;  tohru  tries  very  hard  to  always  pack  a  little  extra  just  in  case  .  today,  she  is  very  grateful  that  she’s  brought  an  extra  riceball.

  ❝  and  here  you  go  !  i  hope  it  tastes  okay  !  i’m  really  happy  i  can  offer  you  some  extra  food  ;  how  are  you  feeling  ? ❞  

It was rare Tsubaki ever got sick , but the harsh weather finally caught up to her. Three days out of school due to a cold , oh the very thought of all the piling up quizzes and homework made her a bit overwhelmed.

But this very happy , warm welcome made it all worthwhile ! The weapon being a cook herself , she always enjoyed tasting the dishes that people she admired always made ! Although , she had a bad habit of comparing their own dishes to her own , often tearing down her own walls. ( C’mon now , Tsubaki ! )

A soft smile spread across her face from ear to ear , her happy taste buds vocalizing a ‘ mmm ~ ‘ without her even realizing. 

“ Aah .. I really hate the idea of our grades plummeting even more due to their misbehavior .. “

Tsubaki knew how much grades meant to Maka and she certainly did not like seeing her so disoriented , as well as herself. The library was quiet , but she could practically hear the angry grinding of Maka’s teeth yell volumes.

“ What do you suppose we do ? W-We could always present the assignment ourselves ! You being a meister and I a weapon and all ! “
