April Rules ☔️
I know it’s pretty late, but I’ve just been forgetting to post this! So this month the goal is not just about weight, it’s going be everything. You can be crazy skinny, but if you’re not taking care of your skin and teeth and such, what’s the point? So here they are!
Food Rules:
NO eating after 7:00 pm
Eat ONLY Vegan foods, no cheats
Try and eat Gluten free!
Don’t eat fruits past 1:00 pm
Try and drink your daily amount of water (72 oz for me)
Avoid large meals, no more than 300 calories in one sitting
No more than 1000 calories a day
DO NOT drink your calories!! This is an easy way to take in a bunch of calories without filling up
Try and fast one day a week, or have a 100 calorie day a week
Cut out one food you find yourself eating a lot of. For me it’s going to be French Fries
Health Rules:
Exercise a MIN of 10 hours a week
Wash your face twice a day
Brush your teeth at least twice a day, if you wear retainers it’s a great way to keep you from snacking
Don’t sleep with makeup on! This makes you breakout sooo bad!
Take your vitamins every day! The small amount of calories are worth the health benefits
Get at least 8 hours of sleep! I personally struggle with this, but it helps your metabolism so much!
