It’s not like villains take the day off to get ice cream with the kids, is it? He waited ‘til the arrow is removed from his clothing before offering retaliation in the form of a ( good-natured ) slug to his fellow sidekick’s shoulder.

He can’t really blame the guy; everybody looks different out of disguise.

              Roy pulled the hood off of his head, his eyes flashing with horror, embarrassment, and mild annoyance in having taken a shot at Gotham’s second hand man. If Oliver found out about this, he’d either congratulate Roy or give him a long winded lecture ... either way, Roy hoped Dick would keep quiet about this incident.
