robbie didnât know the girl and maybe he shouldnât have offered her a cupcake out of nowhere but he was only trying to be nice. maybe if she wouldâve actually gone to the bakery instead of him bringing the food to her, it wouldnât have been so weird. he realized once she took the cupcake that she wasnât all that worried about it. he smiled a little, âi made these.â he nodded to the cupcakes, hoping sheâd like them. âi mean, of course but anything could be a date i think.â he shrugged. âi guess everyone has their own opinion.â he took one of his own cupcakes and took a bite. âno, thatâs different but i think if you like make them dinner and set up something nice at home then itâs a date.â
âReally?â after taking a bite, she was slightly concerned that a stranger had made them and not just bought them. Easier to lace when baked yourself...however, that was only a small part because they were too good to truly care if she would be poisoned or not. worth it, she thought to herself. âThese are really good. Do you have a bakery?â Naomi took another bite as she listened to his reasoning, tilting her head in a nod. âYeah, I can see your point. I agree, I think putting the effort into makes it a date. I mean, even ordering pizza...as long as both parties know its a date. Because, if not, it just gets awkward.âshe gave a small laugh, as it was her speaking from unfortunate experience.
