Introduction post
Hello to all, make yourself confortable in my online cabinet, I hope you will have good time.
This blog is dedicated to my writings and novels projects. For now, you can find my current works on AO3 under the user name NLoreley

(due to AI scanning Ao3, my original works are put under register user access only)
I'm a incurable dreamer that first saw the lights of faerie and king Arthur's court inside old fairytales books and never forgot the wonder that filled her body at the idea of creating story. My favorite kind of stories are full of magic and myths, with faithfull friends and hopeless wonderers. I grew up listening to strange and charming fairytales and with the knight of the round table as imaginary friends. Be assured you WILL find them in my stories.
Some of my most important projects are:
The Ballad of Camaalot:
an arthurian legends inspired saga focusing around the mirrored fates of sir Mordred and sir Galahad, and the ineluctable trap of being stuck in a story that can only end one way
most of the story is written down as a first draft, all that left is, well, to rewrite a clean version i guess ? (*exhausted sobbing*)
(image references: illuminations of the Très Riches Heures du duc de Berry, Arthur Rackham "How Galaad drew out the sword from the stone", Arthur Rackham "Andromeda Painting")
The Wanderings of Red Shoes:
a fantasy saga focusing around fairytales as lovecraftian elderich being and characters trying to escape their fate to regain agency on their life.
A good part of the story is written in the drafts, my most important project. I want it perfect even if perfection is impossible.
(images references: Andrew Lang's Olive fairy book, Arthur Rackham "Fairy Queen covering child with blossom", Edmund Dulac "Princess and the pea")
Ashes and Glitters:
A steampunk fantasy where the little match girl escape from death as she find the house of the sandman who keep her as an apprentice
My only One-shot novel.
(images references: House Horta staircase in Brussel, Honor C. Appleton "The little match girl", Alphonse Mucha "La Plumme")
A Shield of Lilies:
a collection of short stories and poems about Elaine of Astolat and Girflet navigating into a post Camlaan world that seem to slowly dissapear since Arthur's departure.
(images references : John Williams Waterhouse "Ophelia", Eleanor Fortescue-Brickdale "Elaine", Alphonse Mucha "Lilly")
