North Node Aquarius-South Node Leo (July 2026-March 2028)
As the lunar nodes shift, we can look to the areas of life that may be affected over the next 18 months. The North Node amplifies whatever it touches, bringing greater emphasis to the topics of the house it occupies. The South Node diminishes and separates whatever it touches, weakening or reducing the matters associated with that house.
This could be a period where meaning is found less through personal spotlight and more through quiet, useful contribution being part of something larger rather than standing out within it. There may be a pull toward tightening daily structure: health routines, work habits, the small disciplines that hold a life together. Underneath that, though, runs a real resistance to confinement, rules, or anyone elseâs control. Sudden shifts are possible here, arriving with little warning and reshaping things almost instantly.
Deception may surface through others, self-deception, or propaganda and spin to: information, reputations, or events being shaped, exaggerated along with delusion, denial, or wishful thinking. Secrets and hidden currents grow more active during this time which is also where associations to homosexuality come in. Public image may stand apart from private reality, sort of like a mask, the face shown to the world does not match what lies beneath.

This period may bring hidden enemies to light, often through their own envy. With Leo ruling the 12th house, the South Node can leave his energy feeling drained particularly around ego and self-expression and mental exhaustion may prompt a pulling back from the visibility that once came easily. An old identity quietly fades. Confidence and the drive to lead may dip, and friction or distance with older male figures is possible.
Relationships may naturally drift, social life may hold less appeal, and spending tends to pull back too. Communication that once landed effortlessly may lose its usual reach, leading to withdrawal from sharing opinions or speaking up, deals or plans may stall through miscommunication, leaving an overall sense of being misunderstood

There may be a career change or shift in professional direction, setbacks to reputation, a role or position feeling reduced, loss of visibility, or having to let go of a professional identity that no longer holds. Career or public standing may feel undermined, stalled, or tested rather than expanded. Things feel delayed, effortful, or gated by rules, health, or obligations. There may be structures, duties, or authority figures that block or slow momentum. With the IC, there may be a move, renovations, changes to household and family dynamics overall.
Same energy as in 05/2017-11/2018. However back then, Leo energy was being amplified by the NN, now that energy is being diminished by the SN. Vise versa.

Daily routines, work, or health matters may change suddenly. The mask vs. whatâs underneath is likely to feel most exposed right around the eclipse. The parts of life that run quietly in the background could either break open or be seen more clearly during this time.
