Hello!! Thank you for still following me even though my tumblr is pretty much dead, haha. 

I would say most definitely, yes you would have to have a BS in biology, chemistry, etc. in order to look more favorable. Pharmacy school is pretty competitive to get into so you want to make yourself as marketable as possible. Transfers had maybe 40 spots out of the 130 seats that were available for our pharmacy school. All of our transfer students have a BS. I was very lucky and went in as a pre-pharmacy student at Florida A&M and am on the 6 year program. This means that my first two years was pre-reqs for pharmacy school and then the 3-6th years would be pharmacy school. It was ridiculously easy for me to interview and get into the actual pharmacy/grad program because I am already a FAMU student and I had preference over transfers. And since I’m in their special 6 year program, I got in without any sort of college degree. I will only have a PharmD when I graduate which is good and bad.
