Day 24: Visiting a friend of Nicholas, whom he met back in Australia, in Rotterdam.

Day 14: After a leisurely morning, we spent some time at the river, until we were gripped by a somewhat juvenile enthusiasm to build a damn. And so, 5 hours later, we’d erected quite a substantial obstacle for the river, and (so we like to think) somewhat altered it’s flow. Only thing is that now we’ve got pretty sore muscles. Turns out trudging through the river and lugging around rocks is hard work. Who’d’ve thunk it?

Now we found a beautiful campsite in the italian alps near a river to stay.

Italian roads in a nutshell. Incidentally, the distance underneath the sign also show how far it is to the next one. Jokes aside, I love how straight the roads are around here. Maybe a few less potholes would be nice though...

Pretty tough day. 95% sitting in a chair, reading, drinking beer or Gin Tonic. Athletic peak was a 50 meter swim in the ocean, which left us somewhat winded and led to more beer.

Day 11/ Po adriatic delta: Finally reached the Ocean.

DAY 11: Ferrara, Piazza Trento e Triesto

DAY 5-8: SPLASH Hip Hop Festival. SPLASH was hella lit on fire. 144 Beers/Grapefruit Radler later Splash was already over. In between there was a lot of dirt ‘n’ dust caused by 30.000 moshing party animals that took the saying “You can sleep when you’re dead” to heart. 3 days after I’m still blowing SPLASH Beach outta my nose. Only bad news is that some of those drunk, tripping knuckleheads stole our camping chairs and sack barrow, but nvmd still had a great time walking through the crowds giving random high fives, drinking beer with random people and escalating to Hip Hop.

Day/Night two: Prague was LIIIIIIIIIT. How much we drank? All of it. Just wandering around Prague during nighttime is awesome, it’s like the whole city is still awake and the river bank is filled with people, drunk people. Didn’t even go to a bar or so, we just emptied our cans on the journey.

Day two: Nighttime Prague is waiting, as we are waiting for the ferrie to take us there.

Day one: I call it „The windmills of Saxony“
