writer culture is writing a completely new fic when you haven’t even began writing new chapters for your other fics in months

some latin phrases that aren't quite the usual metaphors but have interesting metaphorical potential:

Wow, now there's a bot going around on Ao3 telling people that the "moderators" will delete works from "deprecated" fandoms and impose bans.

I think unless an author outright says that corrections and suggestions are welcome in the author's note or elsewhere, I don't think it's polite to point out the mistakes.
