I made this Cult of the Lamb inspired little guy for my friend's birthday, as it's one of their favorite games, and it's one of my favorite creations to date! It was really fun reverse engineering the design rather than starting from scratch. They're so cute!

A fluffy white sheep plush toy. They have a black denim patch on the top of their head, with a red, eye-like button sewn in the center. Their right doll eye has been replaced with a large, iridescent red button. They are wearing a red cloak with rough white stitching, with a large brass button acting as a clasp. There is a black & white chevron print ribbon lanyard coming out their back, connected to a stainless steel quick link.

The Seer

A dark red plush teddy bear. Both of their eyes have been replaced with metal buttons in an art nouveau style that resembles wavy round eyes. One is pale gold, the other is silver. There is a similar, smaller button in the center of their forehead that is a darker gold. A black & white chevron print ribbon lanyard is coming out the top of their head. Around their neck is a pleated black collar. They are wearing a belt made of a large piece of black & white zebra print fabric, and a chevron print ribbon, with a bright blue heart button and a gold safety pin clasp. Their paw pads have bright red patches sewn onto them, except for their left foot which has a dark gray striped flannel patches.

I had initially added a few more things to this white rabbit, a shaggy belly patch, some pops of red, but decided I liked them better scaled back and with all the additions & accoutrements monochromatic and on one side.

A white stuffed bunny with articulated limbs. They have pink fabric paw pads, nose, and inner ears. Their right ear has a black fabric patch, and a metal heart shaped button with a flower on it sewn into the center. The right dolls eye has been replaced with a black & white striped button. There is a black & white striped ribbon tied around their neck like a scarf. There are mismatched black fabric patches on the right paw pads.

I love them.

A shaggy brown teddy bear with jointed limbs. They are wearing a patchwork hat, made of various black, white & gray fabrics, with rough, visible white stitching, and two wooden brown buttons sewn onto it: one with a moon & stars, and one with a rose. The hay has two white & black woven tassels that tie under the chin. They are also wearing a black crossbody messenger bag with a black & white chevron print ribbon strap, and rough embroidery across the front which reads "Tired." The bear has golden brown velvet hand & foot pads.

Hot Take: I think beanie type animals are much cuter when the beans are removed and they are fully stuffed with fluff.

Also: these buttons with birds sitting on a branch are so beautiful!

The thing about me is, I love a little frog.

A little, bright green & yellow plush frog. They have a black & white chevron print ribbon lanyard coming out the top of their head. One of their eyes is a black & white striped button, the other is a white button with a black star in the center. There is a black denim patch over their torso, with a green heart button sewn in the center. On the bottom of their right foot is a black patch with a white skull & crossbones. Their left foot and right arm have green & white striped patches.

She's giving Vivian Westwood vibes.

I love taking generic Valentine's bears, and making them incredibly personal & unique.

I gravitate towards teddy bears because, to me, bears are a symbol of protection.

As a person with PTSD & severe anxiety, I sometimes imagine a bear walking beside me when I'm having a hard time being in public, and so I love turning these thrift store stuffed animals into customized plush pendants that I can bring with me on my bag.
