🌟📚 Hi kiddos! I'm an autistic person with a special interest in media and videogames so I struggled with managing screen time most of my life. These are the things I do to take a break from it, hope they'll help you too!
☆ Coloring books
☆Puzzles
☆Activity books
☆Painting with my hands
☆ Crafts and DIY
I also wanted to add that it's okay if we can't reduce our screen time! Sometimes life is too hard and too much and we need a screen to help us dissociate and think of something else, that's okay too! whatever prevents you from doing something bad it's good and I don't judge you for it! thank you for reading this far bye! 🛝🐈
agere - coping with yelling ♡༅
paw print: i made this because ive dealt with feeling smaller when people round me were yellin or fightin n i didn't know what to do, so here are some things for if you also go thru that! 🐾

♡ headphones & noise ──୨ৎ── one of my go to solutions has been to immediately put on headphones and play whale sounds, you can listen to other animal sounds too, or anything you want! i find it a great help༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ lighting ──୨ৎ── if you have leds, turn them on, or if you have a candle, light it, etc, anything you can! i like turning blue lighting on since it matches really good with whale sounds! (and if you cant have real candles try fake ones!)༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ cozy blanket fort ──୨ৎ── the funest of fun to distract yourself! i love blanket forts! and they are perfect for anything! playing, escaping, or just somewhere cozy to be!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ coloring ──୨ৎ── maybe aggressively scratch down your emotions, or colorig a page of a coloring book inside the lines neatly, whatever helps you!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ have screen time ──୨ৎ── turn on a video, maybe your favorite youtuber, some asmr, a gameplay, wildlife, etc! just do what you think would help you best!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ comfort ──୨ৎ── reach out to a cg or any siblings or friends you have, call, vent, or just talk, and if you don't have anyone then when you are not dealing with the yelling or fighting, write a letter for yourself for when you have to go through it again༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ snacks ──୨ৎ── keep some snacks in your room for whenever you wanna have a comforting snack during such times༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ reminders ──୨ৎ── remind yourself positive things, like its not your fault and it'll be okay༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ stuffies ──୨ৎ── hug your stuffies and tell them how you feel, scared, confused, whatever you feel!they always listen༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ animals ──୨ৎ── do you have any pets? go snatch them up if you can! i snatch my cat and bring her into my blanket fort :3 and if not, thats okay! bring a stuffed animal like i mentioned!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ story time escape ──୨ৎ── grab your favorite book! maybe its a big kid book, a picture book, a touch n feel book, whatever it is, grab it and read it! and if you don't have one or don't wanna read or are to little toooo read, theres lots of asmr videos of people reading children's books to you!༅

💖🪄 How to Play Magical Girl! 🪄💖
(Age regression edition ✨)
Wanna be a sparkly hero who fights bad guys with the power of love and glitter?? Here’s how to become a magical girl right from your cozy little space:
🌈 Step 1: Pick Your Color!
What kind of magical girl are you? Pink? Purple? Sky blue? Dress head-to-toe in that color—socks, ribbons, bows, skirts, anything you’ve got!
🧚 Step 2: Pick a Theme!
Choose a fun magical theme! Some ideas:
✨ Elements (fire, water, air, earth)
🦊 Animals (fox, bunny, kitty!)
🌙 Celestial (moon, stars, sun, planets!)
💎 Gems (amethyst, ruby, sapphire!)
🪄 Step 3: Make a Power Wand!
Grab a paper towel tube and turn it into your super sparkly magical wand! Decorate with paint, stickers, glitter, craft foam—go wild! This is your main weapon in battle!
🧸 Step 4: Pick Your Sidekick!
Choose your most loyal stuffie to be your magical animal companion. They’ll talk to you, guide you, and give you pep talks before each mission!
👾 Step 5: Draw Your Enemies!
Get some crayons and sketch out all the scary (but cute!) monsters you’ll have to fight. Give them silly names and funny weaknesses.
🎭 Step 6: Have a Magical Battle!
Grab a friend (or use a plushie!) to pretend to be the villain. Practice your battle moves!
Don’t forget to shout your attack names like:
🌟 “Mega-Glitter Love Blast!”
🌸 “Sugar Heart Beam!”
💥 “Bunny Star Surprise!”
🌪️ Step 7: Do a Fancy Twirl Before Battle!
Every magical girl has a transformation twirl! Yours can be full of spins, jumps, and sparkles.
📺 Step 8: Watch Magical Girl Shows!
Need inspiration? Watch classics like:
🌙 Sailor Moon
📦 Cardcaptor Sakura
🌸 Tokyo Mew Mew
🧼 Pretty Cure
✨💕 Remember: You are brave, magical, and filled with sparkles!
Go save the world, cutie! One glittery blast at a time. 💕✨
A Little should never have to apologize for being “needy” or “clingy.”
Being “needy” doesn’t make a little too much.
Being “clingy” doesn’t make them a burden.
It makes them a little. That’s literally the point.
Littles seek closeness, attention, comfort, reassurance, safety, and love—oftentimes in big, intense ways. It’s not manipulation. It’s not immaturity. It’s not drama. It’s part of their core regression needs.
🌸 They might want you near constantly.
🌸 They might need a lot of reassurance.
🌸 They might panic if you go quiet for too long.
🌸 They might want to be held, cuddled, or babied all day.
🌸 They might get scared or anxious when they feel distance.
And that’s okay. That’s not something they should apologize for.
That’s something a caregiver should want to support and nurture.
If someone can’t handle the emotional intensity of a little’s needs…
If they get annoyed when a little clings…
If they think “too much” affection is a turn-off…
Then they shouldn’t be a caregiver.
Point blank. No shame, but no pretending either.
Littles deserve to feel safe being themselves.
They deserve a caregiver who loves their clinginess, who smiles when they’re being a bit needy, who never makes them feel like a burden just for existing in their softest, smallest form.
🧸 Don’t ever shrink to fit someone’s comfort.
You are not too much.
You are just enough for the right heart to hold. 💗
How to Play Deer 🦌✨
Step into the forest magic and become a gentle little deer for the day!
• 🪵 Dress the Part: Slip into soft tan or brown clothes, and if you can, add a cozy cream scarf or fluffy mittens to mimic a deer’s winter coat.
• 🎨 Fawn Spots: Dab some white face paint or light makeup across your cheeks and forehead for sweet little fawn spots. Instant woodland cutie!
• 🌿 DIY Antlers: Find some small twigs and glue them to a headband to make your very own antlers. Bonus points if you wrap them in ribbon or tiny faux flowers.
• 🦘 Bound & Leap: Practice gentle little jumps over cushions, small logs, or playground benches—just like deer hopping over fences and bushes.
• 🛑 Freeze When Startled: Deer stop in their tracks when surprised! Play freeze tag, or any time you hear a sudden noise, stay perfectly still for 10 seconds… then dash away like the wind!
• 🫂 Stay with the Herd: Gather friends and play “Follow the Leader” to mimic a deer herd moving through the meadow. Stay close and move gracefully.
• 🎬 Movie Time: End your deer day with a cozy blanket fort and a screening of Bambi. (Warning: it’s very, very sad—so bring tissues and maybe a warm cuddle buddy.)
And remember—deer are gentle, graceful, and quiet… so move with care and let the forest be your playground. 🌲✨
🌼 Agere Tips to Feel Younger 🌼
Sometimes it’s not about “forcing” yourself into headspace, but gently guiding your mind toward that warm, small feeling. Here are a few ideas for when you want to feel a little more like a kiddo again:
✨ Switch up your TV language - If you’re learning a new language, change your TV or streaming shows into it! You might not fully understand everything, but that’s the fun part - it makes the world feel big and mysterious again, just like when you were little.
✨ Wait for your shows to come on - Instead of instantly streaming, try waiting for a certain time to “catch” your show. That way you get to feel that bubbly excitement when the opening theme starts, like waiting for your favorite cartoon after school.
✨ Have a little playtime - Step away from stress, deadlines, and the endless scroll. Build a pillow fort, color in a coloring book, make playdough creations… anything that helps your brain wander somewhere soft and silly.
✨ Turn everyday things into kiddie games - Pretend school or work is like kindergarten. Give yourself gold stars for finishing tasks, have a “snack time,” or pack your lunch in a cute bento box. The smaller and sillier, the better.
💛 Sometimes all it takes is a tiny shift to bring back that wonder you used to feel every day. Be gentle with yourself, have fun, and remember - you’re allowed to play.

How to Play House 🏡✨
There’s something magical about pretending… about turning your bedroom or living room into a little home of your own. Whether you’re feeling nostalgic, regressed, or just in the mood for something soft and playful, here’s how to have a perfect game of “house.”
💌 Step 1: Build your family.
Decide which of your toys, dolls, or stuffies are part of your family. Give them names, ages, and personalities. Draw a cute little family tree so you never forget who’s who!
🍼 Step 2: Take care of the baby.
Swaddle a baby doll or your favorite stuffie and treat them like they’re your own little one. Feed them (real snacks for you, pretend snacks for them), change their clothes, and give them snuggles.
🍲 Step 3: Make dinner.
Use play food, felt pretend meals, or even safe kitchen items to “cook” a family dinner. Set the table with a plate for everyone—yes, even the tiniest stuffie.
🎒 Step 4: School time.
Pack a backpack for your “kid” with a tiny lunch, a notebook, and crayons. Pretend to drive them to school, then print out or draw worksheets to help them with their “homework.”
🛒 Step 5: Run errands.
Take one of your stuffies along when you go to the store or for a walk. Let them ride in your bag or stroller—it makes errands way more fun!
📸 Step 6: Family photo.
Line everyone up on the couch, bed, or floor. Make them look their best and take a family picture (bonus points for dressing them up!).
🌙 Step 7: Bedtime.
Tuck your babies in, give them a kiss goodnight, and read them a bedtime story until they “fall asleep.” Whisper a soft good night and turn off the light.
Because sometimes, playing house isn’t just for kids—it’s for anyone who loves the warmth of a little pretend family. 💖
🐉 How to Play Dragon 🐉
First, wrap a cozy blanket around your shoulders so it drapes like soft, fluttery wings. Let it trail behind you as you move, swishing through your kingdom.
Gather your favorite toys into one warm little pile — your treasure hoard. Keep it close, because it’s full of the things you love most. ✨
Give a gentle little roar (or a big one, if you feel brave), and pretend you have magic roodar — the special dragon sense that tells you when someone is near.
Look for every shiny thing you can find — coins, beads, pretty buttons — and carry them back to your hoard.
Choose a doll or stuffie to be your princess in the tower, and place them somewhere high and safe. You are their protector. 🏰💖
Paint some small rocks to look like delicate dragon eggs, then tuck them in a soft spot so they can “hatch” later.
Taste a bit of spicy cinnamon candy or pop rocks so it feels like you can breathe tiny sparks of fire.
And when your wings grow tired, curl up with Dragon Tales or How to Train Your Dragon, letting the stories carry you far away to magical skies.
Because sometimes, the best adventures are the ones you imagine. 🌿💚
🧚♀️ how to play fairy (for little ones, daydreamers, and forest spirits in disguise) 🧚♂️
step into the magical world of fairy play, where everything sparkles a little brighter and your imagination is the most powerful kind of magic ✨
🌸 make your wings!
craft a pair of fairy wings out of paper, wire, string, or even ribbon — decorate them with glitter, stickers, leaves, or tiny drawn-on runes. remember, no two fairies are ever alike 🧚♀️🪽
🌼 gather your favorite flowers
real or fake, picked or drawn — a fairy always surrounds themselves with blooms! make a bouquet, press them in a book, or make a little crown 💐👑
🫧 create a sensory shaker jar of pixie dust!
grab a jar, fill it with water, glitter, beads, and a few drops of food coloring. shake it up and pretend you’ve bottled the magic of a fairy storm! 🌈✨
🧠 write your own riddles
tricksy little fairies love to puzzle humans! write fun riddles or rhymes and test your friends (or stuffies!) — maybe leave a prize if they solve it 🎁🪄
🍄 make clay mushrooms & create a fairy circle
use air-dry clay or playdough to craft some teeny mushrooms, then place them in a circle on your floor, a windowsill, or a little garden spot. this is sacred fairy space! 🍄🌙
🎲 play a silly word game like “Hink Pink”
it’s a rhyming riddle game! a “large feline” would be a fat cat. a “cheerful father” is a glad dad. try and stump your fairy friends!
🪵 make a magic wand from a stick outside
go on a stick hunt! find one that feels right, then decorate it with yarn, ribbon, beads, or little bells. now you’re ready to cast tiny fairy spells! 🔮🪄💫
📺 watch something sparkly and magical!
curl up with a cozy blanket and watch Tinker Bell or Barbie: A Fairy Secret. perfect for fairy heart recharge time 💖🌟
you don’t need wings to be a fairy — just a big heart, a little wonder, and a sprinkle of imagination ✨🧚♀️🍃💖
could you make a cockroach agere flag pretty please!!
We appreciate the request! Unfortunately I don’t think we are able to do that as we don’t particularly like a lot of bugs in the first place! Caterpillars, butterfly’s, bees, rollie pollies, some betels, and a few other bugs are fine but we mostly afraid of bugs. I know they’re are other agere flag makers out there that might be willing to take on your request though!
Here’s some other bug regressor stuff I found though!
Bug regressor flag, bug userboxes, bee regression things, bee regression items, moth caregiver things by softpawpup
Bug agere and petre flags by motherlove
Rollie pollie info , luna moth info, firefly info, eastern Hercules beetle, bumblebee hawk moth, praying mantis, the monarch butterfly, ladybug, honey bee, from sunnimals
Insect trip with bonnie-the-mutt

♡ struggling to regress?༅
here are some methods that might help!
♡ sensory matching method ──୨ৎ── focus on connecting three senses that trigger regression! soooo if a childhood cartoon made you feel little, pair it with a scent that gives the same feeling and a texture that also has that comforting feeling, such as a soft blankie!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ familiar senses method ──୨ৎ── focus on nostalgia and familiar comfort items! get a childhood snack, set up soft and gentle lighting, and surround yourself with things that bring warmth and nostalgia! regressing often comes easier for many in an environment that feels familiar & safe!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ baby steps method ──୨ৎ── focus on starting slow and building up little activities! so instead of trying to force it or jump right into it, slightly like the first two methods, start slown! start with a small, soothing action like hugging a stuffie or putting on cozy socks! then maybe surround yourself with familiar regression cues like a childhood show then dim the lights & grab a comfy blankie! once you feel more at ease maybe do smth like coloring or playing with toys!! so this way you slowly feel more relaxed instead of pressured to regress quickly!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ storytime method ──୨ৎ── read a short children’s book or a calming fairytale out loud or listen to an audiobook with a gentle, nurturing voice to help shift your mindset!! there are also asmr videos of people reading children books!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ ritual method ──୨ৎ── repeat a small comforting action every time you want to regress!! maybe it’s putting on a specific cozy outfit, turning on a soft dim or colored light, having a certain drink, or hugging your favorite stuffed animal! associating an action with regression can help over time!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ regression playlist method ──୨ৎ── make a special playlist with songs or lullabies! i like to play disney songs!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ soundscapes method ──୨ৎ── if music doesn't work for you instead of music, try listening to sound effects that mimic childhood nostalgia! so things like playground noises, soft rain, wind chimes, or toy store sounds, whatever works for you that you can find!!༅
hope this helps even if just a bit!!

🦖Page 4: Meet the Stuffies
I have three stuffies and I wanted to do a post to introduce them :) Because I love them <3 I did a “character profile” and I did one for me too. That one is reposted on my page about me :)
Let’s talk about stuffies noww!
This is Pandie!! She was my first stuffie and now she’s an old lady but I love her <3 I got her when I went to the national zoo for the first time ever and I got to see real pandas. I love pandas. They were my first ever favorite animal and Pandie was my first ever favorite stuffie.
I love her and she’s the cutest everrr :)
I bought Dino when I really shouldn’t have… Oopsie… I bought him from a TikTok ad that was maybe kind of a scam?? I don’t know.. I’m not allowed to buy things anymore I have to save things I want in a note in my notes app :(
I love him despite the fact that I lost buying things privilege to get him. Also it took him a *whole* month to get here. But he’s here and I love him <3
I love Cera!! When me or big Finn are nervous I like to hold her and put her on me when I lay down. She makes me feel better!! She’s best friends with Dino who’s like her brother cause they’re both dinos. Big Finny bought her for me when we got our first job because it made us very nervous and we had big kid money for the first time.
I love Cera and she’s so good at taking care of me and big Finny :)
Those are my stuffies!! I love all themm. I hope you littles have a good day and tell your stuffies you love them :) Or even if you’re big and have stuffies. Tell them you love them :)
☀️Make sure your cute bottles are bring consistently refilled! Find cutely shaped ice cube trays so you can keep your drinks cooler than longer.
☀️Ice cream! Popsicles! Find molds to make your favourite flavors, go out when you hear the ice cream truck. But remember to do this in moderation, and keep hydrated with healthier treats like fruit too!
☀️Crank out your cutest nightshirts with your favourite designs for the especially hot days.
☀️A sprinkler/small pool is a great way to get some sun/fresh air without getting super hot (just be sure to wear that sunscreen!)
☀️If you don't have AC and need to move from your room to the first floor/basement, treat it like a sleepover! Take all the things that'll make you comfy in that environment, make your own little space. If you have an unfinished basement or live in a humid area, grab some moisture absorbers beforehand!
☀️Take nice, cool spongebaths.
☀️Watch Christmas specials/movies to get your mind on something cooler! If not Christmas, you could do Halloween too!
Summer is my least favourite season because of the heat, but remember all of us who find it uncomfortable will get through the rest of it soon enough!🏖
