Inspired by @adventuresofalgy I went out to check my backyard rhubarb. Lo and behold, there was a baby dragon under the leaves!

It’s that time of year again! I baked apricot and poppyseed hamentashen.

Our local pizza place made heart-shaped pizzas again for Valentine’s Day.

I finally got around to writing up how the garden did this year.

Does anyone do this anymore? I learned about Winnie the Pooh gummi bears nearly 30 years ago in college.

This year, I tried Burpee Garden Sown™ Groundswell Hybrid Tomato Seeds. I planted the seeds directly in the garden just before the last frost this spring, as indicated, and I’m now enjoying the first ripe fruit. It’s a massive 1.7 pounder. It tastes pretty good too.
