so destiny 2 is ending this june. man.

this was a long time coming but it still hurts to see it happen. i've put a lot of years and hours into this game since D1, and got my sister into it when it released. it was the game we bonded over, spent thousands of hours on, and always ran new missions and expansions together.

in spite of the lows, it was a hell lot of fun and will always hold a special place in my life. there will never be anything like it.

this was an instant wishlist after i played the demo earlier this year. store organization and inventory management are pretty light, but they're also my favourite parts of the game. lots of focus on narrative, carried through dialogues that reflect on moments and occasions of ordinary life.

update: the new one's otw but i fear for her safety
