Characters: Silvain and Holland

Content warnings: Discussion of human experimentation, Silvain’s eye injury, Silvain/Holland’s trauma

Summary: Silvain finds Holland eating a sandwich out of a dumpster, and brings them (reluctantly on Holland’s part) home for a real dinner. The two sort out their differences over carbonara and brownies, and exchange information about their experiences in Lab 04. Silvain tells Holland they’re always welcome to come over for dinner or just a place to lie low, and Holland ends up spending the night.

Summary: VIRA breaks into Eli’s apartment via the window to deliver the documents they have on Rita–much to Eli’s disdain. After the initial confusion and Holland keeping the peace, they talk about the potential of Rita altering the moral boundaries of her code. They decide they need to find someone to take a better look at the documents. Eli offers help and shelter to VIRA, which makes them emotional and earns him his third ever hug. VIRA decides to stay with them for a while out of concern for Spectre’s safety.

Summary: At Initech’s beach party, Or spots a very striking looking pair sitting under an umbrella. They take themself and Cas to say hello. Holland, suspicious as always, immediately lies to them that they are Initech employees, and Eli, who doesn’t want to be here in the first place, plays along in hopes of being entertained. They weave a fine fiction but Or is too shrewd to be convinced and doesn’t like being played with. Things get heated and Holland winds up using their powers to knock Cas on the ground, Or threatens them with the police and Vantage, and Eli resorts to using his own powers to come and save Holland’s hide. Although he’s miffed at the escalation, seeing Cas fall on his ass was pretty sweet, and they decide to move to the other side of the beach to stay for the fireworks.
