It is with great uncertainty that we come to you today regarding Eldarya.

The information communicated to our teams at the end of the week has just been corrected by our partner. The Eldarya game data was located in one of the data centers that had been heavily impacted by the Strasbourg fire. We were confident about recovering the backups, relying on another center. However, there is less chance than expected that we will be able to find this data. 

Hello guardians, We are still fully active on Eldarya’s recovery! You may have seen it yesterday: the Eldarya site and application are under maintenance indefinitely. 

We are forced to postpone the launch of Episode 04. The mission to the northern lands will have to wait. Everything suggests total data recovery!

Your traveling companions are safe and sound! In your absence, we take care of your pets as well as ours. When you return, they will be sated and have all the energy they need to explore the world! No food will be charged to you: Purreru takes care of everything. 

We continue to answer any questions you may have here and on Instagram, so don’t hesitate! 

Unfortunately, we cannot give you more concrete information. We depend on our external partner, but our technical bees are all on the bridge so that you can regain access to the game as soon as possible.
