Yes it is, I’ve emailed niko about it, but besides that not much I can do.

From what I can tell being a member for a while and from dissecting the client, there arent really any useful commands to begin with, most of what you need anyways is on the bottom right-hand corner and every tool is on your canvas, not much more room for more convienience sake.

If you mean art people do from nikos paintchat, then no. This blog is entirely for updates on the site, when Niko is working on stuff, or when the site goes down. As to why its down, when will it be back up, and general announcements about the site itself.

I hope that was the question ahaa..

18+ rooms are in general the rooms you don’t want parents to walk into on your computer screen.

Guro, shota and lolicon are not exactly the rarest subjects to walk into, and of course we have to keep in mind that whatever people are drawing there is pure fiction and not intended to harm anyone or imply anything about their real life habits. Let’s just say we tend to support the 18+ or older even if stated otherwise mindset.

Take note that Niko’s is a public paintchat and some subjects may be offensive to others. Although generally people will leave the room if they dislike the contents, it’s not a bad idea to ask if they mind the subject if you’re going to join an already occupied room. You’ll find most of us tend to let people to their own devices.

I haven't seen anything even explicitly stated on the site, but that's my view from the years I've been around.

Sorry about this everyone! Seems the site is down at the moment and I have no idea of why. I'll throw niko a message and hopefully he can get it back up soon but for now, off to work. Sorry everyone!

Just be sure to read the rules! (They are getting an update though, so keep an eye for that)

i always feel guilty when the sites down, you artists need backup to stay connected i try to keep niko's up all the time, but stuff happens beyond my control. I am getting a couple small 45 dollar computers, tomorrow and my goal is rebuild paintchat onto either the beaglebone black or raspberry pi, if successful, will result in a very small inexpensive pchat system, wish me luck
