I don't have a super strict idea of them after the killing game, mainly because I prefer them in aus outside of the killing game. But, I have explored some vague/general ideas because of fics I've planned.
• They get into contact not long after escaping. Messages and phone calls galore.
• Ken is willing to offer money for Kazutoshi's rent, but not long after offers the idea of them living together
• Once Kazutoshi actually gets to reconnect with his aunt he's willing to move in with Ken
• Kazutoshi goes back to high school and goes to Ken's school... 😋
• Although Ken switches between houses Kazutoshi normally stays with his mom + Mao
• Kazutoshi gets his own room which is Reina's old room but before it's fully done he just shares a bed with Ken
• Eventually uni era or whatever. Kazutoshi pursues forensics and I think Ken might take some more time to figure out what he wants to do.
• Because of Ken's break they start the same year
• Ken decides to get them a house because he's rich enough for that bullshit
• Post uni Kazutoshi is pursuing that fucking forensics career!!!!!
• I really don't have a set idea for Ken mf doesn't know what he wants to do how should I know
• Ken still does the occasional quiz show and Kazutoshi is like his number one fan now and hypes him up super hard
• It probably wouldn't take long for Ken to think about marriage. They went through the killing game together they're practically together for life now but Ken wants to see Kazutoshi in a fancy pretty suit/dress(? who said that) and tell the world (his family) how much Kazutoshi means to him.
• Being very very self indulgent here I think they would get very jealous/possessive sometimes. They don't think the other would cheat or anything they just get mad that others think they have a chance. That's *his* insanely codependent boyfriend thank you.
• I think after enough years Kazutoshi would gradually unlearn his internalised ableism and feel more comfortable using aids around Ken or talk about specific health problems. I think at the least he'd trust Ken even if he's reluctant around others.
• Hime my pretty princess. They get a cat from a shelter and deliberately choose the most unwanted one and it's a senior named Hime whose got some disabilities going on.
• ^ Hime likes sitting on Kazutoshi and purring loud as hell when he's got flare ups. Hime's a cuddlebug in general.
• After enough teasing Ken finally learns some basic life skills. Ken mainly does cooking, Kazutoshi will do cleaning.
Anyway dealing with trauma aside I think they'd be very in love and sweet and such
