Question, before I request I'd like to know what are your yes and no's in writing? Do you write smut? Anything to do with kids/pregnancy? How about established relationships (like marriage)?
°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°
Appreciate you asking. I'm ok with kids and pregnancy and all that I'm just not comfortable or experienced in writing smut. I'm ok with a little suggestive theme. Everything else is ok as well. Just nothing illegal.Does that make sense? Uhhhh hopefully it does

heyyaa ^^!! do u still take reqs? if so, can i request a scenario based on the song everytime by ariana grande with lohen? it's my favorite song ^^
(Inspired by the emotional themes of longing, distance, and inevitable reunion from "Everytime. I had never heard this song so had to spend sometime researching it and it's meaning. Gotta say it's a very good song, will listen to it more. Since it's my first time writing a song inspired fic I hope it's not too bad and thank you Anon for the suggestion! Enjoy~ requests are open btw)
The first time Lohen disappeared, he left without a goodbye. One morning, he was still in bed with you the other he was gone.
You told yourself it didn't matter.People like him always had somewhere else to be.
Weeks became months. Slowly, the ache dulled into something manageable. You laughed with friends again. You buried yourself in commissions, convincing yourself you'd finally moved on.
Then, on an ordinary evening, you heard footsteps behind you.
"You're still at it with these boring commissions huh?"
His voice was unmistakable. You froze. When you turned around, there he was, looking exactly as you remembered—windswept hair, tired eyes, and the same guilty smile that somehow managed to break your heart all over again.
"You came back."
"I did."
No excuses. No explanations. And somehow...you still let him in your house.
Lohen never asked to be forgiven.Instead, he earned it in quiet ways.
He helped you with almost all your commissions. Insisting on taking the dangerous ones so you can do the easier ones.
He waited outside your door with fresh flowers he'd picked himself while out on patrol or after taking care of enemies. Said it reminded him of you.
He remembered every little detail you'd once mentioned in passing. It was unfair.
You'd spent months teaching your heart how to live without him.
Now, every smile from him unraveled all that work.
"You shouldn't keep coming back,"
you whispered one night while you both sat at your living room couch.
His expression softened almost a little sad or was it guilty?
"I know."
"Then why do you?"
He looked toward one of the pictures on the wall of him and you that you never really took off.
"Because no matter how far I go..."
His voice so soft and quiet that it almost disappeared into the quiet night.
"...I always end up searching for you."
Your chest tightened.
"You make it impossible to forget."
For a long moment, neither of you spoke. Then your fingers brushed. Not intentionally.Just enough for him to hesitate.Just enough for you not to pull away.
The cycle repeated.Lohen would leave on dangerous missions that no one else seemed willing to take or weren't qualified.
Days without letters.Weeks without news.Every absence reopened the same wound.Every return stitched it closed again.
Your friends called it unhealthy.Perhaps they were right. But love rarely listened to reason.
This time he was gone for a whole month without news.
Then one rainy evening, he returned bruised, exhausted, and barely standing. The moment you opened the door, he smiled weakly with his usual grin.
"I missed you."
You wanted to scold him.To ask where he'd been.To tell him how terrified you'd been every single day.
Instead...You threw your arms around him.He staggered from the force of it before wrapping his own around you.
"I'm sorry"
he whispered into your hair.
"I know."
"I'm trying."
"I know."
"I don't deserve this."
You laughed softly through tears.
"No." A pause. "But you came home."
He held you tighter, as though afraid you'd disappear if he loosened his grip.
"I always will."
"You can't promise that."
"I can promise this instead."
He pulled back just enough to look into your eyes.
"No matter how many roads I have to walk...no matter how many times fate pulls me away..."
His thumb brushed away a tear before it could fall.
"...I'll spend every journey finding my way back to you, bunny."
And you know he means it.
You let him inside and help him with his injuries while he tells you about the mission he was on.
And for the first time, you realized that perhaps love wasn't about never leaving.
Perhaps it was about choosing the same person, over and over again, despite every goodbye.
So when he kissed the corner of your mouth with the gentlest smile you'd ever seen, you didn't ask how long he'd stay. You simply treasured the warmth while it lasted.
Because somehow...Every time he returned...It still felt like coming home.
(ahhhh was this ok? I hope so! ૮₍ ˃ ⤙ ˂ ₎ა I'm currently stress writing lol. Exams are happening and anytime I'm not studying I'm stressing, so I decided to keep myself busy with writing fics instead lol. Also would this be considered angst with a happy ending?)
Personally I am a sucker for domestic drabbles so maybe Lohen coming back home from a tiring day to some Lohikeitto and cuddles?
(I'ma sucker for domestic Lohen too! lol hope y'all enjoy! And thank you Anon for the suggestion! Requests are open for anyone who is interested)
It's been a long tiring day with him having to train the new knights and finishing endless reports.
Lohen was heading home. Home to his beloved. Who will hold him gently and have warm comforting food ready.
Truly there's no better feeling then this. It might even rival his bloodthirst if his honest.
°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°
After getting home he's greeted by you in the kitchen making some delicious lohikeitto.
He takes off his boots before walking up behind you and wrapping his arms around your waist.
He puts his head on your shoulder near your neck and starts leaving butterfly kisses on your neck while you ask how his day was.
He replies with a groan, nuzzling into your shoulder.
You chuckle, telling him to go take a shower and change clothes while you finish making the food.
He whines about not wanting to move but ultimately gets off and gives you a kiss on the cheek before going into the bedroom.
Truly no one would suspect someone like him to be so docile at home.
°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°
He comes out after a while, relaxed and ready for some food.
He sits down as you finish setting up the table. Pouring a bowl of warm lohikeitto, you set it in front of him before getting yourself a bowl and sitting down.
Dinner passes with you both enjoying the food and taking about mundane things.
After dinner you wash the dishes while he helps dry them.
Soon you guys finish any work that needed finishing and head to the bedroom.
You lay down before Lohen lays down beside you and wraps his arms around your waist.
You get comfortable before wrapping your own around him. Asking how his day went while he starts to recount the days events and how dull, boring and annoying everything was and how tired he is.
He keeps going on about everything while nuzzling into your side more with his face in your neck as you run one of your hand through his hair.
Truly there's nothing better then being in your arms,Lohen thinks. He wouldn't trade it for the world.
Moments like these are to be cherished. And Lohen is glad he can cherish it with you.
Eventually you both fall asleep cuddling, comfortable in each other's arms.
Hey~ I heard you're taking ideas.... These are just thoughts keeping me up at 3 but what about yandere lohen × isekai reader....
(first time writing yandere stuff, hopefully it's not too shabby, also thanks for the suggestion Anon, still have a another one to write. Not fully proof read so might have some mistakes. Requests are open for anyone interested :3)
Lohen knows you're not from this world after following you for a while.
At first it was to make sure you weren't a threat to mondstadt. After all he was knight at the end of the day.
Overtime that observation of threat turned into curiosity.
You seem to get along well with everyone you meet and know about their preferences.
He also knows you can make people stronger somehow. Isn't that nice.
His heard you talk about him saying you like his style his looks and all that. Well sounds like you fancy him. How cute.
You're close to the traveler so he guess you won't cause trouble for mondstadt.
He should have stopped his observation there, that was his original plan. But you were too interesting to not observe more.
That's how he found out your not from this world. And that in your world him along with everyone else is a part of a game.
Lets be honest he should have freaked out after finding out his life was part of a game.
But he was quite calm which honestly surprised himself as well.
You also mentioned how you wanted to make him stronger, and get his constellation? Whatever that is.
All he knows is it will help him get stronger. And he's not gonna say no to that.
So him following you went from threat assessment to curiosity to obsession about what else you could do.
After all it's not everyday he gets to observe someone like you.
Initially his obsession was only about how you could make in stronger but overtime he noticed how he liked looking at you and hearing you talk or mumble to yourself.
It was all very cute to him. He wanted to talk to you face to face but there was only one problem you had mentioned how you wanted to avoid him and certain other people.
So he came up with a plan that will slowly but surely let him enter your life without you running away.
He needed to create opportunities that will allow him to talk to you.
Perhaps saving you from hilichurl attacks like the proper knight that he is. Maybe leaving the materials that you mention you needed.
So it begin anytime you were out collecting some materials he would read direct a group of hilichurl your way.
Of course he want let them touch you it's just to scare you a bit so he can come in and save you so it gives him an opportunity to talk to you.
And Ohh you sound so cute thanking him for saving you, absolutely adorable. His mesmerized by how you are trembling trying to recover from the sudden scare.
He offers to escort you collect what you need saying it would not be very knightly if he left you alone after that sudden attack that happened.
You agree knowing he want do anything to a normal citizen. That's all you are right now yes a very normal average citizen.
so the rest of the day he helps together your materials before escorting you home.
You don't question how he knows where you live or maybe you don't notice how you have not even told him where you stay.
Over the next few days anytime your out collecting materials his somehow always there either saving you from attacks or helping you collect overtime you get comfortable around him.
Sometimes he flirts to see how you would at when you get flustered or flirt back he knows his making progress even if it's slow.
When he is sure he has made enough progress he makes his move. Casually he asked you if you would be interested in going on a date with him.
You flustered ask him for clarification to make sure if he was joking or not.
When he confirms that he is serious and once to take you out you shyly agree.
That evening he takes leave from his duty earlier than usual when Varka asks what they occasion is he vaguely says how he has a date that night with someone very pretty.
He leaves the headquarters with a skip in his steps. While Varka prays whoever the unfortunate victim of this date is survives it.
The date goes very well with him complementing you on your looks and being an over all gentleman. Leaving you flustered shy and giddy.
By the end of the night he have escorts your home. Standing in front of your door as you unlock it before turning towards him to say good night.
Like a true gentleman he takes one of your hand and leaves a kiss on the back of it, before saying good night and leaving as you wave goodbye with blissful expression.
Overtime date nights become a recurring thing between you two. And slowly but surely you guys officially start dating.
He makes sure to keep his obsession to a minimum. After all he would not want his Bunny to be afraid of him.
After you guys are more establish in your relationship he finally starts showing a bed of his possessiveness.
He will glare at anyone that talks to you for too long or takes your attention away from him.
And overtime people start avoiding you because of that. You complain to him how no one wants to talk to you or anything.
while he comforts you saying they just don't know how to appreciate someone else your irresistible and kind as you.
He makes sure you rely on mostly his presence for company and that you rely only on him for almost everything.
Leaving you at his mercy.Ah but he doesn't want his Bunny to be completely alone and miserable so he let's you interact with people he can trust and knows won't try to take you away from him.
While slowly isolating you from everyone outside of his trust group.
He practically moves you into his home saying it's more practical and saves more mora.
You don't mind it after all girlfriends and boyfriends do live together most of the time. And this allows you to spend more time with him.
You two share a bed, where he practically clings to you like glue always demanding affection.
From your perspective his just very affectionate and goofy, sometimes but from others prospective even his trusted allies and ''friends" the obsession and possessiveness is hard to miss.
You will make sure to never do anything to make you afraid of him well also making sure you never plan to leave.
After all his worked so hard to get into his bunny's life, there is no way his letting you go ever.
His Bunny will always be his and never ever leave his side. If it comes to it that you do want to leave you have to take drastic measures to make sure you can never leave.
Even if it makes you scared of him that's fine he will make you love him again just never try to leave him.
He can give you everything you want and need and all you have to be is his loving caring Bunny.
(still learning how to write good fics, lol hopefully this wasn't too bad :'D)

Summary: You don't know what you were expecting to happen. Perhaps killing the other one was a better option after all. But you couldn't bring yourself to do it when it had his face. Now you gotta deal with not one but two psycho bunnies.
Part 2 of this Part 1
Tw: none,(I mean it's a bit suggestive but nothing happens, because for the life of me I can't write suggestive or smut)
After agreeing to the request of the Abyss!Lohen, your days were not at all peaceful.
The two Lohens were constantly at each other's throats. If they weren't trying to kill each other they were competing for your attention.
The only time you were completely at peace was when you were out doing commissions or adventuring.
their fighting became so annoying that you had to sit them down and threaten them with no attention and radio silence for them to promise not to kill each other but they would still fight from time to time.
Knowing that's the best you can get from them you helplessly agree.
°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°
It's been few days since they agreed to not try to kill each other. It's been a little more peaceful then before.
You just got back from your commissions, opening the door and getting inside.
You're immediately greeted by abyss!Lohen, who pulls you in a tight hug. Shoving his face in your chest.
You pat his head before he lets go and let's you get inside properly.
He follows behind you like a lost puppy. He's very greedy for your attention.
He likes to stick to you like glue. Almost following you in the bathroom before you slam the door.
After taking a bath and getting in comfy clothes you lay down on the couch to read one of your books while he lays down on top of you.
He starts complaining about how boring it is not being allowed outside since you and Lohen decided he's not allowed outside as to not cause confusion and panic.
You role your eyes before running one of your free hand through his hair. His as dramatic as Lohen if not more.
Feeling your hand through his hair he immediately leans into your touch, greedily socking it up while nuzzling into you to the point it feels like he's trying to fuse together with you.
°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°
Few hours later Lohen gets home after a long day dealing with new knights that had recently joined.
He was exhausted and wanted nothing more then to spend time with his bun aka you.
So imagine his annoyance when the first thing his greeted with is his doppelganger hogging and cuddling his bunny!
His not letting that slide. Taking off his boots so you don't get mad he marches up to you two and shoves his doppelganger off before flopping himself onto you.
Abyss!Lohen grunts after falling to the floor. Before getting up trying to shove Lohen off.
You can already feel a headache coming when they start arguing about who you like best.
It's like watching two kids fight over the same toy.
They decide to do a kissing competition. Whoever's kisses you like best wins.
So begins the onslaught of kisses. No part of you is safe as they try to one up each other. Leaving you flustered, dazed and breathless barely able to form any thoughts.
After a while they stop to ask whose you liked best before noticing your situation.
Abyss!Lohen chuckles amused before suggesting they go all out to determine the winner probably while Lohen just as amused agrees.
One was already hard enough to handle. Now you got two. Good luck handling them both, you'll need it.
°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°
The next day, you go to get your commissions when one of the adventures your friends with asks why your so covered and wearing a scarf one such a sunny and warm day.
You make up an excuse saying your a little sick and feel cold.
Summary: coming home after a long day you were expecting nothing to happen, so imagine your surprise when you're greeted with two Lohens.
Tw:none
Heading home after a long day is such a nice feeling. All you want to do is get home take a nice bath or shower and eat something filling before going to bed.
Meanwhile Lohen who has been back for a while is facing a big, enormous (by his words not mine) problem. While he was minding his business waiting for you all of a sudden another version of him had appeared.
A version of him he thought he got rid of back at the old lab of Dottores.
"How?"
Was all he asked while the other version of him just grinned.
"what? Not happy to see me? Did you think it would be so easy to get rid of me?"
Without another word Lohen lunged at him.while the imposter used abyssal hands to catch him and hold him in the air.
"Now now~ no need for a fight I just came out and got myself a physical body so I can indulge in our darlings affection~ after all it's not far only you get to enjoy it"
"DON'T you dare talk about them!"
Lohen tried to get out the abyssal hands hold even when the other version of him kept tightening them.
He was determined to get out and take care of this abyss creature before it even got to look at you.
While that was happening you had just gotten home. Opening the door you call out to Lohen using the silly nickname you gave him after seeing his boots by the door.
"Bunny! You're home early? Thought you would be out being your usual menace self-"
You freeze at the door to your bedroom. Before you is the most weird event you've witnessed all day.
Lohen in the air being held by Lohen himself? Just what is happening?
"Darling get out of here quick!- ack!"
The abyssal hands tighten more cutting off the rest of his words.
Snapping out of your stupor you notice Lohens pained expression.
"You! Drop him right now!"
You yell loud enough for the abyss!Lohen to flinch at the sudden loudness and drop Lohen. You put yourself between the two Lohens.
"Ok! What is going on here!? Why's there two of you? One was already hard to handle!"
Lohen wraps his arms around your waist pulling you closer to him. Glaring at the other one.
"I don't really know what's going on either"
You both look at the abyss!Lohen waiting for him to explain.
"Well think of me as a part of him given physical form, the part that will do anything to get stronger no matter what"
"Okay...how did you get a physical form?"
"well after he pulled the stunt back at the lab,he thought I was gone but I was only severally weakened, but then few days ago he started hunting a lot of abyssal creatures and I took advantage of that to gain enough power to form my own physical form"
While he was explaining Lohen was glaring daggers at him. If anyone saw his face they would either run away, drop dead or piss themselves.
"What do you want? If you think I'll let you go around causing chaos with my face you can keep dreaming!"
"Ahh~ I have no intention of causing any chaos as long as darling over here agrees to fullfil a request of mine~"
''Hah! Keep dreaming I'm not letting you touch them-"
You cut him off with a hand on his before turning to the abyss!Lohen.
"What is your request?let's hear it. If it's nothing outrageous I'll think about fulfilling it"
Lohen looks at you like you've grown two heads while abyss!Lohen looks satisfied you've agreed to hear him out.
"I knew you would hear me out darling~ don't worry it's nothing dangerous or anything~ my request is~"
You hold your breath waiting for him to finish saying his request.
"I want you to show me affection like you do him! If you do I promise not to cause any trouble or try to harm anyone...I'll even leave after a while and not come back~ well.. probably~''
You freeze. That's it? You think about it it's easier then murdering him or making a commotion, people would probably freak out of they saw two Lohens so you would have to make sure no one noticed,so if you did murder him someone might find the body and make a commotion.
You decide it's the easiest why to deal with this situation without making a mess.
While Lohen looks ready to murder him. No way his gonna share his darling with a knock off of him.
So the rest of the day goes by with Lohen trying to murder his imposter and you trying to keep them from killing each other.
One Lohen was hard enough to handle. Now there's two. Good luck keeping them out of trouble or making sure they don't kill each other.
Summery : Lohen has a habit of biting you. It's not always to leave marks tho, sometimes his bites are him just nibbling on your skin. Usually you don't mind but sometimes he starts doing it even when you both are somewhere people can see.
Tw:none
It was a normal day for you. No tasks to finish and nowhere to be. You were relaxing on a couch in Lohens office.
Or well at least you were trying to but couldn't when someone was bothering you.
Lohen who asked you to stay and keep him company in his office while he finished some boring paperwork.
Or at least that was the plan, but currently Lohen is not doing his paperwork as he was too busy shoving his face in your neck and nibbling on the skin there.
Lohen...didn't you say you had paperwork to finish? Go finish them.
It can wait~this is more important anyway~
Is it? Jean needs you to finish them soon..
And I will ~ just few more minutes ~
Few minutes he said. It's been more then few minutes and by this point your neck is covered in bites.
With a sigh you push him away from your neck,he whines in disappoint at being stopped but gets up anyway.
With a long dramatic sigh he flops on to his chair to get started on the papes left that need finishing.
You pick up a book to read to pass the time.
°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°
Few days later, you and Lohen are walking through the city when you both decide to grab some lunch at good hunters.
After sitting down and ordering you both wait for your food.
Seems Lohen is a bit too hungry as he suddenly starts biting your cheek.
What are you doing?-
Nothing much!
He says with a shrug.
Stop it! We are in public!
No one's looking ~ it's fineee
No one's looking yet but they will soon if you don't stop!
As if on queue, Sara comes out with the foods. She stops to stare a bit before hastily setting the foods down and excusing herself not wanting to witness whatever was going on.
Your left embarrassed while Lohen doesn't seem to mind at all.
Tho he finds your embarrassment amusing, with your cheeks all rosey and a pout on your lips.
He thinks it's adorable and amusing.
°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°×°
Since then Lohen has made the habit of biting you randomly. Doesn't matter if your talking to someone or doing something.
He'll randomly sneak up on you to bit you or nibble on you to watch you get all flustered and pouty.
If you're talking to anyone they'll excuse themselves as you helplessly try to get Lohen to stop.
Summary: On a another mission to take take care of some treasure hoarders a little too near the city Lohen sets off on his journey thinking this will be another easy and boring mission, only for him to get hit with something that makes him dizzy and lightheaded making his body too heavy to move. Lucky him a knight in shining armor/dress? Is coming to the rescue!
Tw:none(swearing?)
Another typical mission, Lohen sighs feeling disappointed he wasn't assigned anything dangerous or thrilling. How dull.
He sets off to take care of the camp. He'll finish the job and then go look for something tougher to fight. Maybe a ruin guard if he's lucky enough to find one.
Arriving at the campsite he stands a little further away to assess the situation better and see how many hoarders there is. Seeing only 6 he gets ready to charge in thinking it shouldn't be hard to take care of them quickly.
He swiftly takes care of one nearest to him before going for the others. While fighting one of them suddenly throws something at him ,which explodes some kind of powder on him.
"hah... Cheap trick.. did you honestly think that would do anything to me?.."
He quickly takes care of another hoarder before going for another one. After taking care of 3 of them he straightens only to be hit with sudden heavy dizziness making him stagger a bit.
He struggles to get rid of the sudden dizziness starting to feel lightheaded as well, before his body gives up making him fall to the ground.
"Damnit...this is a predicament..ugh-"
He tries to get up only for his body to not move at all. The hoarders noticing it become more confident as they start approaching him with their weapons ready to take revenge for the rest of them. Lohen can only think how much of a pain in the butt this all is.
As they raise their weapons to attack someone shouts something before one of them falls to the ground motionless. By this point Lohens vision has became blurred, leaving him to only make out colors and shapes.
The others turn around to see what's going on only to fall motionless one after the other.
You stand over them your weapon in hand as you take care of them all before turning and heading towards Lohen.
Lohen can make out someone crouching in front of him and saying something. It takes him a bit of time to realize it's you and what you're saying.
"Damnit Lohen,I told you to be careful just few hours ago and you already almost got into trouble. You're lucky I was nearby. What the heck did the use on you?"
You start looking him over making sure his not seriously injured.
"ahh my darling has come to my rescue~truly what would I do without you my love?~"
"sigh.. flirting won't get you out of the ear full your gonna receive once your taken care of"
"worth a shot.."
You shake your head before putting one hand behind his back and one under his legs before easily picking him up. He always feels tingly whenever you easily pick him up or show your strength.
You start heading towards mondstadt city, taking him to the church so someone can help him.
After he's taken care of and discharged you take him back home to rest until the effects of whatever they used fully disappears.
After getting home you give him the ear full you promised before going and getting him something to eat and drink. He complains he can't eat by himself right now so you feed him.
After eating he asks you to cuddle him saying he doesn't feel that good and really needs you to cuddle him to make him get better faster.
You sigh at his dramatics but get in bed to cuddle him anyway. He uses his condition to keep you in bed with him for the rest of the day and your more then happy to oblige. He jokes how you're his knight in shining dress coming in to save a damsel like him.
Summary: finishing your last daily for the day and complaining how you still need more primos you go to bed only to walk up not in your bed.
Tw:none
Part 1
"*Sighhhhh* this is no where near enough for a 5 star..."You complain seeing your pull count. Feeling annoyed you decide it's best to go to sleep now before you get a headache.
You finish the last of your dailies and take a moment to just stare at your favorite character Lohen.
Very happy you mange to pull him even tho he ate almost 180 pull. Just something about this maniac just makes you feel all flustered and mushy.
You close off your game and get ready for bed, already planning what to do to get more pulls. You get in bed and close your eyes.
When you wake up it's not to the feeling of your soft bed,tho what your laying on is soft, it's not your bed tho.
Opening your eyes your met with blue sky and immediately your mind wonders if you sleepwalked or got kidnaped.
You sit up immediately looking around but find no one,so you guess you didn't get kidnaped or if you did the kidnappers are stupid enough you leave you outside unsupervised.
You get up to look around before noticing the place looked oddly familiar. This is near the starting point of the Traveler!?
Ok so maybe this is another one of your crazy ieskai dreams again. After all this would not be your first time dreaming of waking up inside genshin impact.
Not wanting to wake up from such a nice dream you decide to make the most of it. Starting with heading to one of the statues of the seven or more pacifically Ventis statue.
You rarely get dreams this realistic so best to enjoy it while it lasts. Getting down from the mountain you make your way to the area of one of the statue that you know by heart.
Humming a small tone you make your way there when suddenly you hear something behind you. You turn around and it's just a squirrel.
"Ok wow,my mind really just tried to scare me with a squirrel" you mumble before continuing to walk to the statues direction. Shortly after you finally arrived at the statue.
"Damn brain! You really out did it this time! it's so detailed~" You exclaimed, looking around to take in all the details.
You wonder if your brain can make you get anemo powers so you touch the statue like the traveler would, only for nothing to happen.
Disappointed that nothing happened you sigh before deciding to head to the city of freedom itself because why not? Enjoy the dream before it finally ends.
Setting off in the direction you know the city is you start your journey.
By the time you're sure you're in the whispering woods you notice some hilichurls up ahead.
Knowing your dream will probably end if you get jumped by them you try to avoid them only for them to still notice you.
Surprised your dreams not ending yet you try to run from them not wanting the dream to end with you dying.
You keep running until you look back to see if they are still chasing you and trip on a tree root, landing hard on the ground.
"oh...that hurt..wait I shouldn't get hurt in my dreams.... that doesn't make sense..." You mumble to yourself trying to figure out what's happening when the realization slowly sets in that this might not be a dream.
You don't notice the hilichurls closing in until one of them gets ready to attack. You close your eyes ready for the pain only to hear the hilichurls make their dying sound. Opening your eyes slowly your met with your Savior who's standing over the hilichurls as they fade away.
(cliffhanger!!!! That's all for part one. Hopefully this is good. Part two will be out soon too so look out for it, I hope you'll enjoyed this and see you on the next part!)

Summary:Lohen just got back from the expedition in Nod-krai, hoping to surprise you with his sudden presence, only to find out you're out on your own little expedition and he's now bored waiting for you to return
Tw:none(still learning how to write good fics, got any tips? lemme know in comments)
Lohen wanted nothing more then to find you and surprise you with his sudden arrival from the expedition,so imagine his disappointment when your neighbour told him you were on a small expedition and will be back late.
He wanted to surprise you by suddenly showing up at your place, that's why he didn't tell you any pacific date to when he'll be back from the expedition.
Now he has to wait for the surprise. Hopefully no one tells you he's back so he can still surprise you when you get back. Finding the key hidden under some rock he lets himself in to wait inside, knowing you'll be so surprised to see him when you open the door.
So the wait begins.he gets comfortable on your couch as he picks up a book trying to keep himself entertained.
Few hours pass, he's starting to get impatient, being away from you for so long has him desperately crave your presence. He just wants to hug you and not let go.
It's almost midnight when you come back exhausted. Having to deal some paper work regarding the expedition you finally get home. All you want to do is lay down and go to sleep.
You open the door to immediately get tackled in a hug. The sudden force almost knocks you over before you steady yourself. Looking down your met with the sight of mint hair and someone nuzzling your neck. It takes you a second to realize who it is. You immediately wrap your arms around him and begin your questions.
"Lohen!?when did you get back!?" You ask feeling his arms tighten a bit around you. "This morning" comes his reply as you walk both of you to the couch. "You should have told me you would be back today, I would have been there to receive you at the gate" You say , "well I wanted to surprise you by showing up at your door announced.. but ended up waiting for you to get home"he says.
Your about to ask him something else before he cuts you off. "I've missed you, you know? having to wait a bit longer to see you was torture" he whines. You can't help but chuckle as you give him a kiss on the cheek after he pulls back a little. He immediately pouts asking if a kiss on the cheek is all he get after not seeing each other for so long.
You laugh a little before cupping his face in your hands and giving him a proper kiss and watching him be satisfied. You tell him you'll make something for you both to eat as he whines telling you to not leave.
You tell him you need food and he probably hasn't eaten anything yet either. He sighs and let's you get up only to get up himself and follow you to the kitchen wrapping his arms around your waist and following you around.
Congratulations you've got a clingy bunny following you around and by the looks of it he's not letting go anytime soon.
(Hopefully this was good! Still a newbie here, lots to learn! I hope you'll enjoyed!)
Got inspired by some fics I read and thinking of writing my own version. It will be about reader waking up in the game before the travelers first quest begins, where they will work as a informative person for them. This will be like a Genshin Isekai thing but instead of many X Readers only one will be the focus. What do y'all think? Should I write it?
Summary: It's rare to see Lohen sleeping so soundly considering how energetic he usually is,but even the most active people still need to lay down and rest. You just got back from your work to find him sleeping. Must have been a very long day for him.You go get ready for bed only to come back to see him with tears in his sleep.
Tw: none, just fluff( My first time writing a fic so not that good, Probably very OOC Lohen, saw a fanart in Twitter/X and got inspired and had to write a fanfic, maybe I'll write more if this does good, who knows)
Enjoy?
Coming back from a long day at the adventures guild to find lohen already in bed asleep. He's usually awake waiting for you to get home. You guess it must have been a very long and tiring day for him.
You go take a shower and get ready for bed not really hungry, you skip dinner having eaten something while out. You get ready to slip into bed before noticing something.
In the corner of Lohens eyes is tears? You think it might just be from sleep or something, but with how his frowning you guess that's not the case.
Lohen never really tells you if he's feeling sad or something, keeping it to himself. You can never tell if he's sad or needs any comfort. He's very good at keeping his emotions in check, rarely ever showing vulnerability. You wish he would tell you comfort him more.
You get into bed as slowly and quietly as possible knowing there's no point either way because he's a light sleeper.
As you settle in you immediately feel arms around your waist, turning to the side to see Lohen with his eyes half open.He hasn't wiped his tears, you can't tell if he hadn't noticed or just didn't care enough to wipe it. You get more comfortable before he cuddles into you, nuzzling his face in your nake. You hear him mumble something but make out what.
You wrap your arms around him, putting your chin on his head. "Long day?" You ask him,he replies with a soft hum as you run your hand through his hair, feeling him cuddle into you more. For now this is all you can do to comfort him, hoping with time he'll fully open up to you and let you properly comfort him.
For now this is the most he'll let himself be vulnerable, but as time passes maybe he'll open up and let you share some of his burdens and allow absolute vulnerability.
(first fic first fic, don't know what I'm doing lol hopefully it was ok? ૮₍ ˃ ⤙ ˂ ₎ა just really wanted to write something like this, sounded better in my head ngl)
Gender neutral reader. Reader is a trainee alchemist under Albedo, and through work they meet Lohen, a man who asks for a green thing (something Albedo clarifies to be a healing potion).
At first, you get along relatively well - and you aren't put off by his violent tendencies. Possibly out of character Lohen here. Reader can't fight for shit here.
Going to make a part 2 - landed up tying a lot more than I initially thought I was lol!
--
Albedo had been approached by Grandmaster Varka to take a new trainee under his wing - an alchemist wannabe he met from Nod Krai. Varka had seen potential in you, and who was Albedo to tell Varka he was wrong?
Still, he was initially put off by the idea of having to train you to his preferences. Sucrose was an outlier - someone who kept to herself, and was curious enough herself to just explore experiments she found interesting. After a while, they both found things they both wanted to look further into.
So you coming along from Nod Krai was going to be an experience for him. You would either be another Sucrose, or another Timaeus.
He wasn't entirely sure he could take a third person he had to watch for differing reasons. Archons, he could barely look after himself!
But he found you were like a sponge - you took in information, you'd take notes, and you would follow his precise orders. You had the confidence from working by your lonesome, learning via textbooks and your expertise leading to people coming to you as their go-to back in Nod Krai for potions.
So when you were starting in Mondstadt, you were happy with taking a rest and just taking orders from what is considered your manager - Albedo.
A very chill manager, who respected your limits.
After a few days, you meet a peculiar man. A man covered in blood, who didn't look alarmed at the fact he was covered in blood.
He asked for a green potion - which could have referred to a dendro enhancement potion, a dendro defence potion, maybe anemo?
"That'll be a healing potion." Albedo chimes in as he notices you look at Dandelion seeds and Sumeru roses - clearly debating what it was he would be looking for himself.
"I've got the batch ready for you, Lohen." Albedo states calmly, Lohen smirking and winking at your boss.
"Thanks, boss-man!" He cheers. "Can't wait to make good use of this - Oh, and I've heard good things about you from Grandmaster Varka, _. Name's Lohen." He takes a glove off, shaking your hand with a clean hand before putting the bloody glove back on.
"You should have cleaned off before coming here, Lohen. Our customers will be put off by your stench." Albedo sighs, handing the potion to Lohen.
It's a noticeably vibrant green - somehow even more so than the dendro potions you had learned to make from Albedo's courses.
"Well _ isn't put off by it, so I mustn't stink that bad right?" He flashes you a menacing grin before running towards the front gate of Mondstadt, Albedo shaking his head in annoyance before turning to you.
"If Lohen bothers you, let me know and I'll ask Varka to collect his potions for him."
--
The next few days, Lohen brings you nicely cooked meals - ones with meat from his hunts. He would call them mystery meat to try and scare you, only to be taken aback when you shrug and eat the stew. It was always bird, boar or fox meat. Sometimes he threw in frog legs to ick you as well, but your curious mind gave them a shot.
He would come along with a clean set of clothes, earning approval from Albedo just because of how many people were put off from approaching Timaeus because of the presence of a heavily bloodied captain who clearly wasn't the owner of said blood. He would also bring along materials you had mentioned needing the conversation before, laughing when you thank him for thinking of you.
It was going very well, and you found a friend in him. A friend that you couldn't easily find in Mondstadt, partially because people were freaked out when you would talk about your experiences in Nod Krai.
Until one day, when you had made a mistake.
-
Lohen had divulged with you how he used his healing potions he would get from Albedo. It was during a battle, when he would use it during the fight. You ask him why, and he says it's to help his blade during battle.
Now, you had known a few people in Nod Krai would heal themselves by harming themselves, but you knew Lohen would not be using the blade on himself, but on his enemies.
You didn't understand the rationale behind him stabbing his victims with a healing knife, and you knew of a poison that was as green as his healing potion. You made up a batch of the poison after Lohen left, thinking he would appreciate you making his job easier so he could relax.
He returned to get the potion from you, and he didn't notice the potion was different at first glance. He thanks you, running past Albedo who looked over at Lohen make a beeline for his first hilichurl victim.
He asked you to check the dates on all of the stock, and replenish anything that needed it, and he would man the front desk while you sort the back.
You hear an angry set of footsteps approaching Albedo, and you were just about to wrap up your count of the crystalflies before hearing the rage in Lohen's voice.
"You find that stupid bitch who gave me a poison, and you send them back to Nod Krai!" Lohen screeches at Albedo.
"Please correct your tone, sir, and I will do what I can to fix the situation." Albedo politely chastises Lohen, only to flinch when Lohen throws the glass bottle on the ground.
"I won't do that, that idiot doesn't understand to deliver what the customer wants." Lohen growls, growing a group of onlookers who were concerned at the situation unfolding.
"Lohen, I switched the bottles on accident." Albedo lies. "That potion was meant for someone else, which I was meaning to explain to you before you flew off the rails. I had forgotten to inform my assistant of this, and I'm sorry you couldn't stay quiet to hear me."
"Yeah, yeah. You know you're lying." Lohen tuts, only to hear Varka approach form behind.
"Ah, so that's what happened with my order. Thanks, Albedo." Varka shakes his head. "I'll pay for any damages."
"...You tell that incompetent trainee of yours that I'll fucking kill them if they do that again." Lohen warns, walking away while Albedo apologises to the public about the freakout.
Albedo finds you in the back, staring holes into the poor crystalfies you had finished counting before forgetting how many were in the jar. It was clear you had heard Lohen, and you had seen a side of him you had not seen before.
"_, I'm sorry." Albedo lets out. You think he's going to tell you that you have to leave, that this mistake was serious, but she continues. "You're allowed to make mistakes, and I can understand you didn't understand the psychotic thoughts that Lohen thinks up."
"But you had to lie to make him go away, Master Albedo. You had to sully your name for my sake." You whimper, feeling a stool pulled up behind you as Albedo gets you to sit down.
"Lohen's a very violent man. You're lucky that I happened to be at the desk instead of you." Albedo replies. "If I see him approaching the desk again, I'll hide you."
--
Turns out, you didn't need to worry about seeing Lohen.
Lohen was so enraged by your mistake that he refused to personally go to collect his healing potions. Albedo personally went along to the Favonious headquarters with Lohen's supply of his medicine, and Lohen didn't bother to visit you again. As sad as you were that he wouldn't visit you - missing his conversations, and being able to shamelessly share your own experiences - part of you was relieved.
He wasn't going to hurt you, at least.
-
Albedo had to leave for Dragonspine for a week, and just your luck you had to collect monster materials. Ruin guards, some Abyss Mages, nothing too serious...
Is what you would think if Lohen would have come along with the materials. You could just ask him to grab the materials, but now you were terrified at the prospect of Lohen still being enraged at your mistake. You knew he wasn't good with controlling his rage, you had heard of his antics with ruin guards and how disappointed he would get if a monster he was told was large and difficult to take down turned out to be easy for him.
It didn't help that of all things you knew how to do, you couldn't fight. Funny, right? You were form Nod Krai, a place littered with monsters, but you were always protected by the lightkeepers. In Mondstadt, you never had a reason to venture out to fight monsters.
Lohen was always there.
Varka had let you know of the location that you could go to, and the nearby knight stationed would be able to fight the thing for you and get you trained up in basic fighting. You thank him, and he looks very proud of himself - he's practically vibrating with pleasure at his plan being put in motion for some reason.
The plan involved Lohen being at the location.
You were about to turn the corner when you heard Lohen clearing his throat, clearly waiting for you to show up.
Eyes widening in fear, the chill going up your spine at the idea of him waiting for you to show up so he could 'sort his problems with you out', so you decide to make a detour to find an abyss mage, thinking they didn't look that scary.
...You hadn't anticipated finding a cyro mage, becoming wet from the rain that had started, and a pyro mage shortly afterwards deciding to make an appearance.
Oh dear.
You had to fight these things, and the only thing within reach was a branch. Grabbing the stick, you ready yourself to fight.
Wait, you had a working pair of legs. You could run, right?
Right?
To your horror, the mages followed you - a lot more further than how far they would normally follow. Usually, they'd stop after a few seconds of gaining a distance, defending some sort of unmarked territory.
The rain had stopped and the pyro mage shoots a flame at you, conveniently catching the branch you were still holding on fire.
Looking at the stick, you only had one option - fight back.
You start hitting at the cryo mage, the shield gradually breaking down before the stick goes cold. Hoping to get the thing ignited again, you hit the pyro mage - but nothing happens.
The stick became wet again.
You realise too late the pyro mage has released it's tri-attack, catching you in the middle. You run, getting caught in the back as the cryo mage releases it's icicle attacks.
What an embarrassing way to die, you think to yourself. If you had been able to find another knight, they would have gotten you to safety at the very minimum.
You feel like your health has hit the red, and that's when you see Lohen sprinting towards you, rage in his eyes.
You think he's hoping to land the final blow on you, but a dry fart could probably kill you at this point. Your vision was growing blurry, and your limbs fail you as your eyes close.
Feeling something poured on you, your brain decides to fall asleep to protect you from the attack you were anticipating from Lohen.
--
Lohen was hoping to apologise to you, having failed to understand you didn't get his thought process for lacing a dagger meant for his foes with a healing property instead of a damaging one. Most people would want to clock off earlier, not having to worry about some fight.
But Lohen was not most people - he lived for the thrill of a fight.
After Lohen had his head chewed off by Varka about not giving you the benefit of the doubt, as you were still relatively new to the job, Lohen goes to fight more monsters, hoping to get his mind to clear of you for a second.
All it results in, is him reflecting on how nice it was of you to think of making his life easier. Sure, it wasn't what he wanted, but he never point blank told you he enjoyed the thrill of continuing to fight something that didn't just keel over - seeing it bounce back to life, getting a second or third wind to only be knocked down again. Of all things Lohen had told you about himself, he didn't tell you why he enjoyed fighting.
He just did - the thrill was what he lived for.
Varka had assigned him to train you to fight, and Lohen thought Varka would explain that he specifically was going to train you.
Clearly, that didn't happen, and you panicked when you saw him. He hadn't seen you at first, but it's difficult to ignore some poor soul being chased by two abyss mages who seemed to really want to end you.
He realises it's you after you turn to the cryo abyss mage with a newfound hope in the burning branch, and that's when he started to run towards you. He watched the fight end quite quickly - something to be expected from someone inexperienced - but he was horrified to see you weren't even putting yourself into a defensive stance.
You were still wanting to win the fight. It's after you look at him, starting to collapse with the fear growing in your eyes upon seeing him that makes him feel something he hasn't felt in a hot minute.
Fear of losing someone else.
He makes quick work of the mages, your hits having done at least a bit of damage to their shields, before he pours his healing potion on you. Watching your eyes close, he abandons the materials dropped by the enemy and he gets you to the cathedral as quickly as he could.

your routine shifts the next morning.
the attendants who arrive for you carry the same neutral expressions, the same measured tone, but there is a difference in their instructions.
“you have been reassigned,” one of them says.
the word settles differently than it should.
“to what.”
“a position better suited to your… capabilities.” a pause, just long enough to feel intentional. “consider it a privilege.”
you hold their gaze for a moment longer than necessary, searching for something beneath the surface of the statement, some indication of what this actually is.
there is nothing. only the same controlled neutrality that defines everything here.
you nod once. “understood.”
you are escorted through the palace, your path diverging from the familiar routes that lead to the court, the galleries, the controlled spaces where you have spent most of your time since arriving. the corridors grow quieter as you descend, the architecture shifting subtly, grandeur giving way to something more functional, more utilitarian.
the deeper you go, the less the palace feels like a place meant to be seen.
the air cools. the light changes, artificial and steady, untouched by the outside world. the walls lose their ornamentation entirely, replaced by smooth surfaces designed for durability rather than display.
you pass through a series of secured thresholds, each one opening without question, each one closing behind you with quiet finality.
no guards stop you. no one questions your presence, because your presence here has already been decided.
at last, the corridor opens.
the imperial archives stretch outward in every direction, vast enough that the edges disappear into distance. rows upon rows of shelving rise from floor to ceiling, layered across multiple levels, connected by narrow walkways and descending staircases that vanish into lower depths.
every surface is filled.
scrolls, bound texts, etched tablets, data slates, records of things that once existed, catalogued with a precision that borders on obsession. languages you do not recognize line the shelves beside ones you do. symbols, diagrams, histories, treaties, anatomical studies, architectural plans, weapon schematics.
everything is here.
your escort stops at the threshold, allowing you a moment to take it in.
“this is your new assignment,” they say.
your gaze moves slowly across the expanse, trying to grasp the scale of it, the sheer volume of information contained within these walls.
“all of this,” you say.
“yes.”
a simple answer.
because it does not require elaboration.
movement catches your attention.
scholars move quietly between the shelves, their presence almost blending into the structure itself. they work with focused precision, retrieving texts, transcribing information, cross-referencing records.
you step forward.
the sound of your movement is absorbed by the space, swallowed by the sheer volume of material surrounding you. no one looks up immediately. no one reacts to your presence.
they are used to new arrivals, used to being part of something larger than themselves.
“what is this place,” you ask.
your escort considers the question, though the answer is already obvious. “preservation.”
you walk further in, your gaze tracing the shelves, the endless categorization of entire civilizations reduced to organized entries.
“not survival,” you say.
it isn’t a question.
your escort does not hesitate. “no.”
the confirmation is immediate.
“survival is inefficient,” they continue, tone unchanged. “unpredictable. cultures evolve, distort, degrade over time.”
your fingers brush lightly against the edge of a shelf as you pass, feeling the texture of something that outlasted the people who created it.
“documentation,” they add, “is permanent.”
the words settle heavily.
you stop.
turn slightly, looking at one of the nearby scholars more closely. they are focused on their work, transcribing a text into a standardized format, their movements precise, practiced.
“they’re not here by choice,” you say.
“no.” another simple answer. “they are here because they are necessary.”
your gaze lingers on them for a moment longer. then shifts.
across the archive, the same pattern repeats. different faces. different origins. the same quiet, controlled existence.
“they preserve what was lost,” you say.
your escort inclines their head slightly. “yes.”
a pause. “and nothing else.”
you look back at the shelves, at the endless records of civilizations that no longer exist in any meaningful way beyond what is written here.
adlivun would be here.
already is, perhaps.
its language. its laws. its structure. everything that once defined it, reduced to something that can be stored, referenced, understood, without needing the people who lived it.
your escort steps back slightly, signaling the end of the introduction.
“you will be assigned a section,” they say. “your familiarity with adlivun’s administrative structure will be… useful.”
you nod.
they turn to leave, their role in this moment complete, their presence no longer necessary.
you remain where you are.
around you, the scholars continue their work, quiet, efficient, unbroken by your arrival.
the system functions. it always does.
a scholar approaches you not long after your escort leaves, her steps quiet, her expression composed into the same neutral focus you have already begun to recognize as standard here.
“you are assigned to adlivun records,” she says, as if there were ever another possibility.
of course you are.
a series of materials is placed before you, not handed, not offered, simply set into your space as though they have always belonged there. texts in varying states of completion, fragments of administrative language, partially translated decrees, cultural annotations left unfinished by someone who either could not continue or was deemed no longer necessary to do so.
you recognize the handwriting in some of them. not your own, but familiar.
adlivun.
“you will standardize the dialect,” the scholar continues, already turning slightly as if the explanation itself is secondary to the task. “regional variations must be reconciled. terminology clarified. inconsistencies removed.”
your fingers hover over the nearest document. “you want it simplified,”
“corrected,” she replies.
you sit.
the tools provided are precise, efficient, designed for replication and clarity rather than expression. ink that does not smudge. surfaces that do not wear down. every element built to ensure permanence, accuracy, control.
nothing here allows for error.
you begin.
at first, it is mechanical.
a decree becomes a standardized entry. a regional term is replaced with its closest equivalent in the imperial lexicon. variations are smoothed, contradictions resolved, context reduced to something clean, something usable.
something… smaller.
you pause only when necessary. when a phrase does not align perfectly, when a word carries meaning that cannot be directly translated without losing something essential.
“what is the delay,” the scholar asks from somewhere behind you.
you don’t turn.
“this term,” you say, indicating a line in the text. “it refers to a seasonal practice. not just agriculture. it includes-”
“then annotate it.” the interruption is immediate. “define its function. its purpose. its relevance.”
your hand remains still for a moment. you lower your gaze back to the page, and write. the words come out differently than they would have before.
agricultural cycle associated with early harvest preparation, you record. includes ritualized community gathering. no direct strategic or economic significance.
you stop and move on.
the next document is a record of legal proceedings, minor disputes handled within a district that no longer exists. you recognize the structure, the phrasing, the way the language softens around certain decisions to maintain the illusion of fairness.
you translate it.
a case becomes a summary. a judgment becomes an outcome. the nuance disappears, replaced by clarity that does not require understanding.
you do not pause this time. you don’t allow yourself to.
⌗⌗⌗
hours pass.
or something like hours.
time behaves differently here, measured not by light or movement but by completion, by the steady accumulation of finished entries stacking into something that resembles progress.
around you, the other scholars continue their work, their movements quiet, their focus unbroken. no one speaks unless necessary. no one questions the process.
because there is nothing to question.
you reach another text. this one is different. it’s a record of historical events. your fingers tighten slightly as you recognize the date.
you read the first line.
adlivun is experiencing increased instability-
you stop.
the words sit there, unchanged, untouched by your translation. for a moment, you don’t move.
then, slowly, you begin to write.
adlivun was experiencing increased instability.
your hand stills again.
you stare at the line, at the way it has changed, at the way something that once existed in motion has been fixed into something final.
you continue.
food shortages were reported across multiple districts. civil unrest had begun to disrupt local governance. the administrative structure was failing to maintain cohesion.
your grip tightens slightly on the instrument in your hand.
the next line comes.
efforts to stabilize the region-
you hesitate.
for longer this time.
you know that everything you write from this point forward will lead to the same conclusion, the same inevitability, the same quiet erasure that this entire archive is built upon.
you lower your gaze.
and write it anyway.
efforts to stabilize the region were unsuccessful.
you exhale slowly, the breath controlled, but it feels heavier than it should.
around you, nothing changes.
adlivun continues to be reduced, refined, preserved in a form that no longer resembles what it was.
you look at the page again.
at the past tense.
at the way every word you write moves it further away from something real and into something fixed, something that cannot change, cannot grow, cannot exist beyond what is recorded here.
your hand trembles, just slightly.
you steady it, and force it back into place.
each completed entry feeds into another, each translation leading to a cross-reference, a correction, an expansion that pulls you deeper into the structure of the archive. at first, your role feels contained, defined by the materials placed directly in front of you. but the longer you remain, the more the boundaries begin to blur.
because nothing here exists in isolation.
every document points to another. every record connects to something older, something broader, something that existed before the fragments you are tasked with refining.
you begin to notice gaps.
a reference to a census that has no corresponding record. a mention of a ruling body that appears in legal documents but lacks any centralized documentation of its structure. historical entries that allude to events without ever fully detailing them, as if something has been deliberately… thinned.
at first, you assume it is incompleteness, work unfinished.
then you realise nothing here is unfinished.
you pause over a cross-reference marker, your fingers hovering just above the surface. it points to an older classification, one that predates your current assignment, one that would contain the foundational record of adlivun as it was first documented upon conquest.
your gaze shifts slightly, tracing the indexing system.
no one questions you as you stand, as you move deeper into the archive, following the sequence of references into sections less frequently accessed, where the air feels stiller, where the shelves hold records that have already been completed, and set into place.
you find the classification.
adlivun.
the entry is larger than you expected, its structure segmented into multiple sections, each labeled with the same precise efficiency you have come to recognize.
cultural overview, administrative systems, military capacity, population data, royal lineage, final campaign records.
your eyes move over the headings, taking in the shape of it, the way your entire world has been reduced to categories that can be studied, referenced, understood without ever being experienced.
you reach out and select the first section.
it opens easily.
the cultural overview is exactly what you would expect. stripped of anything that cannot be quantified or explained within the empire’s framework. traditions reduced to function. beliefs reframed as behavioural patterns. language categorized into standardized forms.
it is wrong, but it is consistent.
you move to the next section.
again, familiar. you recognize the structure, the hierarchy, the way authority was distributed and maintained. you have already translated much of this yourself. seeing it here, completed, finalized, does not surprise you.
it only confirms what you already know.
you scroll further to population data.
your hand stills. something feels off before you even process why.
the section is… short.
too short.
your eyes scan the page, moving quickly now, searching for the detailed breakdowns you know should be there. district populations. migration patterns. census records that were meticulously maintained even as the system began to fail.
they are not here.
there is a summary, a single, concise statement outlining estimated population figures prior to collapse.
you move to the next section, royal lineage.
it opens. and for a moment, you think you’ve made a mistake.
because there is nothing there.
just a single line: governance structure deemed non-essential to imperial integration.
your fingers tighten slightly against the surface. the ruling body of an entire nation, erased with a single classification.
your breath slows, controlled, but something inside you shifts, sharpens into something colder than before.
you move again to the final campaign records.
this one does not open.
a brief pause.
then a message appears: access restricted.
your gaze fixes on the words. for a moment, you do not move.
this is not like the others. the population data was reduced. the lineage was erased. but this is sealed.
your mind begins to turn, not with confusion, but with recognition. you have spent enough time within this system to understand its intent, its precision, the way it categorizes and preserves only what it deems necessary.
nothing here is accidental, nothing is left incomplete. if something is missing, it was removed. if something is sealed, it was meant to be kept from view.
your gaze flicks back to the previous sections, to the clean, controlled narrative that has been constructed in place of what actually existed.
population reduced to an estimate, leadership erased entirely. the end of your world locked away.
you step back slightly, your attention still fixed on the entry, on the shape of it, on the way your entire homeland has been rewritten into something… manageable.
you look at the sealed section again.
final campaign records.
the end of adlivun. the part you were never meant to see.
your reflection flickers faintly against the surface of the display, layered over the restricted access notice.
for a moment, you see both at once. yourself and the absence of what was taken. someone made this decision. someone chose what to remove, what to erase, what to hide.
you do not return to your assigned section immediately.
the expectation would be that you do. that you would see the boundaries placed before you, recognize them as fixed, and step back into the role you have been given without question. that you would accept the shape of the archive as complete, as intentional, as something beyond your reach.
you do not.
the sealed entry lingers in your mind, not as a mystery, but as a disruption. it does not fit the pattern you have learned, and that alone makes it impossible to ignore. this place does not tolerate inconsistency.
and yet this remains.
you move back through the archive with measured steps, your pace no different from before, your posture unchanged. nothing about you signals urgency, or intent, or even curiosity. you have already learned how to exist here without drawing attention.
it works.
the scholars continue their work as you pass, their focus inward, their movements precise. they do not look up. they do not question your presence. to them, you are another function within the system, another piece aligned to its purpose.
until you stop near one of them.
he is older than most, not in the way of visible age, but in the way he carries himself, in the depth of familiarity in his movements. his hands move steadily across a text, transcribing, annotating, refining with a level of efficiency that suggests long experience.
he does not acknowledge you. not at first.
“adlivun’s primary entry,” you say.
your voice is quiet.
his hand pauses just for a fraction of a second. then continues.
“what of it,” he replied, without looking up.
“it’s incomplete.”
nothing changes in his posture, but you see it in the slight tightening of his grip, in the way his movements become just slightly more deliberate.
“no record here is incomplete,” he says.
the answer comes too quickly.
you watch them for a moment.
then, “sections are missing.”
this time, his hand stills completely. the silence that follows is different from the others. he sets the instrument down slowly.
when he finally looks at you, his expression is composed, but not indifferent.
“you are newly assigned,” he says. “your familiarity with the archive’s structure is limited.”
you do not move.
“population data has been removed,” you continue. “royal lineage erased. final campaign records sealed.”
his gaze sharpens slightly. “you are mistaken.”
“no,” you say.
the silence stretches again, but this time it does not feel stable. it feels like something being tested, something pressing against boundaries that are not meant to be challenged.
the scholar exhales slowly, his composure holding, but something beneath it shifting.
“you are not authorized to access restricted sections,” he says.
“i didn’t try to access it,” you reply.
another pause, longer this time.
“you noticed it,” he says instead.
it is not a question.
“no record here is incomplete,” you repeat, his earlier words turned back on him.
his gaze holds yours for a moment.
and then something changes.
he looks away first, his attention returning to the text in front of him, but he does not resume writing immediately. his hand rests lightly against the surface, fingers still, as if weighing something.
when he speaks again, his voice is lower. “some endings are recorded differently.”
you don’t respond. you don’t need to.
because that is not an explanation. it is a warning.
you feel it in the way he does not look at you again, in the way his hand resumes movement, faster now, as if the conversation has already gone further than it should have.
you stand there for a moment longer, then step back.
you return to your assigned section, to the texts waiting for you, to the unfinished translations that require your attention. the work has not changed. the process remains the same.
but your understanding of it has.
you sit, pick up the instrument, look down at the page in front of you.
the words blur for a moment before settling back into clarity.
you know what you are supposed to do. translate.
your hand lowers slowly to the page, but you do not write. because now, the question is no longer what happened to adlivun.

my husband suddenly became love"sick"?! ft. phainon
basically regressor au bc he lowkey fumbled in the past lifetime (and you died) so he pulled the uno reverse card and highkey turned back the time (pt3)
Phainon keeps glitching into your world—a fracture in reality neither of you can explain. What starts as brief, disorienting encounters becomes something deeper. Something impossible.
But his world isn’t real. And his fate was meant to be predetermined.
This is a story about memory, identity, soul resonance, and love that defies the very structure of worlds.

The Main Arc:
Anomaly
Khaslana has been going through endless cycles, isolated by everyone, carrying a weight no one else can see. Then the world glitches—and he keeps finding his way to your world. To you.
Word count: 5983
To Stay
A story of glitch-torn meetings and fleeting moments, of timelines unraveling and hearts pulling closer. A journey through loss, fear, and breaking—but also through hope, recognition, and belonging. Toward something that finally feels like home.
(I had to split To Stay into two parts due to Tumblr's block limit.)
Part 1 of 2 (Word count: 11206)
Part 2 of 2 (Word count: 14783)

The Interludes
Missing scenes from the main fics that deepen the emotional arc. These are companion pieces—essential to the story and emotional build-up, but separate from the main parts.
(I might add more interludes depending on inspiration.)
Interlude I: Wishes
Khaslana stumbles into your world during a snowfall. He meets a boy in front of a wishing tree. And then—in an abandoned garden—you offer him an earbud and a moment of quiet.
Word count: 1512
⋆✧✦✧⋆
Interlude II: Again
When Khaslana’s gone, another takes the coreflames and memories that aren’t his. He doesn’t know you. But he remembers warmth, snow, and a voice saying his name.
Word count: 1766
⋆✧✦✧⋆
Interlude III: Memory River
During the aftermath of Aedes Elysiae’s destruction, a fracture in time delivers Phainon a pendant from a world he has never seen and memories he has never lived. As he grows into the Deliverer, visions of you return again and again, slipping through the cracks between timelines.
Word count: 1861
⋆✧✦✧⋆
Interlude IV: The Search
After Khaslana vanishes and another version appears—only to disappear just as quickly—you refuse to just wait. You research. You document. In libraries and philosophy offices, you try to understand what’s happening. But some questions don’t have academic answers. And a presence crosses distances that shouldn’t be traversable.
Word count: 4615
⋆✧✦✧⋆
Interlude V: Fractures
Khaslana appears and disappears in your waking world, growing more unstable each time—while Phainon reaches you mostly through dreams that feel far too real to ignore. As timelines blur and both versions of him slip through your fingers, you start to question what’s real, what’s memory, and what’s breaking apart beneath your feet.
Word count: 1820

Author’s Note:
This story started as a way for me to process Phainon’s story back in July, and it grew into something much deeper. It’s raw, emotional, and more personal than most things I write. Thank you for being here. For reading. For feeling this with me.
