Her most defining physical trait is her hair; made out of seven beams of solid light, they can be separated from her head and individually manipulated to do things such as catch bugs, lasso distant objects, or even bludgeon you upon being straightened out.

She’s quite curious about the world around her, and is always eager to learn its ins and outs when she can. Her gentle disposition makes her easy to befriend, although she's not always very open about her feelings. If she’s threatened, she’ll use her hair to its fullest capability to take down her aggressors, which makes her an effective bodyguard to anyone who can get her on their side.

So there you have it, Dolores is finally made public. I’m so glad I can finally show her off. I do have material of my own, but it’s old and not very good. If anyone wants, I can show some of it if anyone wants, but I wanted to make her first impression as good as it could be.

Noelle. Sweet, innocent Noelle is just as responsible for all of this happening as we are.

Isn't it strange that she was more willing to stand up to Queen for being a stereotypical cartoon villain who wasn't at all murder-happy than to Kris and us for telling her to do absolutely diabolical things? Key word being telling. The only time we did anything remotely resembling coercion was the electric gate, but otherwise? All we did was poke and nudge at her heart. We would tell her to do something, and she would do it. No matter how evil the things we told her to do were, she would do it without question. Every. Single. Time.

Just like us, she could have backed out at any time. The option was always there. We never stopped her from disobeying any of our commands to proceed. She could have at least tried to say no, tried to run away or fight back or ask for help, but she never did, and she pulled out so many reasons not to: "It's just a dream, it's what Kris wants, I'm too scared, etc."

Even when we told her to fight Berdly, one of her close friends, her response was not "This is going too far". Her response was to tell Berdly to run, as if she knew what she was about to do even in spite of herself. As if she was a slave who had no control over her own actions. And neither did she run or scream for help in her room even though Kris was on the entire other side of the sofa, her unlocked door was right next to her, and Susie was practically on the other side.

Though of course she herself can't be blamed for simply feeling the way she does. Growing up under a strict mother and an ailing father, along with having to live with the unexplained disappearance of her older sister would certainly make someone like her feel helpless. In her own words, she was just a Noelle doing Noelle things. But therein lies the problem: she has always felt this way. We didn't plant that darkness in her. All we did was poke and nudge at what was already there until it awoke and thrust itself front and center. Until Noelle could no longer deny this is what she wanted. She got a measly taste of the strength we offered her and she decided she wanted more.

And the funniest part? Even when she takes the reigns, she still believes she can't do it without Kris. She drags them to the depths of hell with her because she truly believes she needs them to take her there even though it's still her moving her hands and feet through the water.

Of course we're the catalyst for all this though. We kept her from bonding with Susie, the one person who serves as an example that you are in charge of your fate, that you follow others because of your own faith in them, that you can say no to a supposed leader's orders. Susie was the kind of person Noelle needed more than anything in order for her to realize her true potential, and we took that from her.
