This time last year I was 10 lbs lighter and I desperately want to wear this dress to an event at the end of the month and I NEED it to fit the way it did last year. It’s a bodycon and I want to be swimming in it. I figure as long as I get under 110 it’ll be loose enough for comfort. Trying to do OMAD and keeping my portions small bc if I try to fast I will faint or binge.💔

I’ve been sick this week and it’s doing wonders for my appetite and by that I mean I don’t have one at all and while that’s fantastic I do feel very nauseous and lightheaded all day BUT ALSO SKINNYYYYYYY

I’m back with a vengeance and 3 extra pounds…

Ughhh I’ve been doing so good not vaping like it’s been MONTHS but it helped so much with hunger and I miss it. Like I don’t even crave the nicotine or smoking that bad at all I just miss how it killed my appetite 💔

I haven’t weighed myself in so long out of fear and I have a drs appointment tomorrow and I am so scared what the number will be esp with clothes on 😭😭

I wouldn’t wish the first 24 hrs of a fast on my worst enemy

I hate wasting food and I especially hate wasting food that someone else bought like whyyyy did I boil an extra 2 eggs today with the intention of eating them tomorrow but now I’m planning on liquid fasting until further notice so I just wasted two eggs from a carton that my parents bought and I feel terrible 😭

i posted a video of myself on instagram and my friend commented on it and told me i’m thick so i deleted the video with absolutely no hesitation 😃
