Because Iâm not convincing. Like I said, I can barely lie. I think you need some ability at that to be a good actor.

I have no idea how I should take thatâŚ
Good.Â
Are you really a Latina if youâre not badass and just a little intimidating?
ninaatthebarre:
I am sorry if I offended you, but I was just trying to help. Iâd hope youâd do the same thing.
I mean, I would, but youâre kinda scary when youâre angry.
marleynotbob:
Iâm not against the idea, but itâs not really my goal. I can barely lie; I donât think I would make a good actress.
Why not?

I was in the military for almost five years.
Oh, respect dude.

Iâm a big boy, I can take it.
thejacksonrose:
You should if multiple people have told you youâd be good at it!
Maybe, would do some good to get some routine in me. But I donât know. You got any experience with cop shit?
marleynotbob:
Alrighty.
Well, yeah, I did musicals in the past, since thatâs often all that you can do if you love performing music in high school. I wouldnât mind doing those again in the future, but itâs just not my goal or really my scene in general.
You ever wanna be an actress? Or just singer?
âI really believe style comes from taking chances, being bold and not being afraid to express yourself, I feel Giuseppe does that with his collections and I try to do that with my music. So when the idea came up to collaborate, I thought âyes, this would work.ââ â Â Giuseppe for Zayn

I like cocktails. Normally I go for a Seabreeze. Vodka, cranberry juice, and grapefruit juice. Itâs refreshing and still sweet. Like me.
Iâve been in musicals and stuff; just performing other stuff is a rush, even though I didnât write any of it. It just canât compare with the rush of making my own music there.Â
Huh. Iâll remember that.
You do musicals?
thejacksonrose:
Really? Did you take their advice?
Not yet.Â
But who knows.
ninaatthebarre:
You know Iâm just saying this out of love, right?Â
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Did the demolition site you lived in have a place to sleep, or did you just hunker down in the shovel part of a backhoe? I donât know the technical term for it, sorry. My grip on the Moleman language is shit.
Iâm getting so much fuckinâ sass here.
marleynotbob:Â
Not much, and definitely not Jack or scotch. Iâm more into sweets myself.
Of course I wouldâve preferred she didnât, but it was definitely full of soul and anger and pain and release. Definitely the best album of 2017. I can agree with that. I donât see the point of making something you donât believe in. Maybe if you just want to sing, I guess it makes sense, but I want to do more than that. I want to create things, too.
Oh yeah? What's your poison?
But we can do so much more than just sing. Like, a bird can sing, but making artâs different. I just donât get the point of singing other peopleâs words, or letting something come out of your mouth that doesnât mean something. At least with music.Â

marleynotbob:
Yep, it is. Iâve never had either, so no comment.
Itâs true. The ones who stay in the history books and live on forever in that way are all people who stayed true to themselves. Thatâs what made good music - and what still makes good music. Yeah, exactly, and thatâs the dream. I liked her early stuff, too, because it was art in its own, fun way, but this new album, especially after everything surrounding Dr. Luke surfacedâŚwow. Itâs a masterpiece. I canât imagine what it was like for her, from the trials to putting together that new album with all that raw emotionâŚIâd love to do something like that some day. Just put my whole self out there. I have no idea if that would even be entertaining or worth it, but it would be great.
Really? Donât drink?
It had some soul. Not that she shouldâve had to go through that shit â but it made some damn good music. Itâll be worth it. Everyoneâs got something, itâs just actually having the depth to find it. Putting out some arrogant, shallow shit isnât something worthwhile, even if itâs 90% of whatâs on the radio. Whether itâs âpopâ or some weird abstract shit, itâs all worth listening too when itâs actually someone putting everything into it.Â
