dominick grew up in a relatively stable household on the nicer side of charleston, south carolina. he lived in a simple house with a kindhearted mother and a father who was the coach of the local high school’s football team. he thought he father was the best person he knew and would do anything to impress him. he partook in family workouts and even joined the football team when he was old enough. he ended up becoming captain, got good grades in school and was pretty popular around school. he would do anything to impress his father. which, some could say would lead him to the sour life he now lives.

the only problem with nick was that he struggled with the classic middle child syndrome. his older brother was only a few years older than him and was the apple of his father’s eye. everything nick did, his older brother did it first. everything that nick did first, his brother would do it next but better. you would think this would lead to him becoming close with his mother but this is where being the middle child came into play. where his older brother was favored by his father, his younger brother was favored by his mother. it seemed like everything he did went noticed or at the very least unappreciated.

after a very traumatic falling out between his father and his youngest brother, elijah, nick start receiving more attention from his family. although it came with a price nick was just happy to finally receive some of the praise he had been begging for, but even then he was still playing second fiddle. so he went off the college. he became an all star on his campus. with no older brother’s spotlight to stand in nick was able to be the man his father expected him to he. he was popular on campus, a part of multiple extracurriculars and was president of his fraternity. following graduation he applied and accepted to one of the most prestigious law schools in the country. he got an amazing internship while attending school and finally was receiving more attention than his older brother. the two continued their back and forth of daddy’s favorite but this time nick was winning. and he liked the feeling of winning.

originally he went to law school to be a man of the people, but with the pressure to succeed breathing on the back of his neck nick went the dark route. he went into criminal law, but not any kind of criminal law, he became a defense criminal lawyer. he was the one keeping bad guys on the street instead of off of it. at first it was hard to be fighting for the bad guys, but he realized soon that fighting for the bad guys had a lot of benefits that working for the good guys just could not compete with.

he was living the high life in nyc. he was working at a big law firm. getting into the hottest clubs and sleeping with the hottest girls. some may say that he had gotten success too quickly when he entered the firm. let’s just say that nick got the attention of some high powered people in new york “restaurant” owners and became their favorite lawyer when it came to getting some of their associates in and out of the slammer. he was getting all the luxuries of being apart of the family without getting his hands dirty. or well that dirty. some wondered why he would ever leave that? well let’s just say that his associates got into some trouble with the feds. a lot of them got sent to prison. some were able to make it out but they had to leave the state and lay low for a little while until they could recollect and find out their next move. now nick is back in his hometown trying to keep out of the spotlight until he hears what to do next.

my man is as slytherin as you could get. ambitious, driven, manipulative, extremely charming. he will do what it takes to get to the top even if that means stepping on some toes to get there.

he is elijah’s older brother. the two of them do not get along well after their father outcasted him. did he agree with his father ?? no. did he do anything to stop it or reach out to elijah ?? also no.

has a lot of money. like almost too much money. will probably flaunt it around. 

currently renting a place somewhere in charleston. he is BRAND NEW. like just showed up yesterday out of the blue new.
