I headcanon they always meet at Val’s part of the penthouse (cuz it is the comfiest) and they always order take out. Falling asleep on Val is a common occurrence too.

Ehem. As you can see I'm extremely late for Vox Week lol BUT (🍑) I did say I would slowly get through the daily prompts. Do not expect Day 2 anytime soon though cuz I'm more focused on my AU and the new comic 😝

So let's consider this piece a part of Staticmoth Parents AU.

Despite me drawing mostly wholesome Staticmoth for this AU (specially because at this point they have both confessed to each other and they discovered the wonders of "Love Making")-

and simon doesn't want to worry about it, but he still can't help but sigh with relief when he returns, only colt now looks different. he's wearing a tattered t-shirt with a pun that makes little sense, and a wool cardigan in plus weather, he's wearing glasses, and his eyes are billions of light-years brighter than ever before, and now he's not buying bouquets for his girlfriend — instead, he's buying plants and succulents "for his students". he's awkward in an unfamiliar way, and much more fun, and simon vaguely wondered if this is the consequences of break up, and thinks about which flowers will make colt smile the most when he inevitably asks him out on a date

except it's not colt. it's grace, and he really buys plants for his classroom, or rather, he bought them the first seven times, until he ran out of space on the windowsill and had to start bringing them to his tiny apartment, arranging them on the floor and kitchen set because he can't think of any other excuse to talk to simon. his brother is recovering from an injury, and it's easier for him when there are small living creatures around him — especially succulents looking exceptionally similar to stones, which he affectionately calls "pebbles" — and he feels a little lonely, so he goes to simon's flower shop almost daily, for plants and the man's smile

I just finished little Rocky! He's far from perfect, some of the seams are absolutely terrible, the embroidery is imperfect, but I'm quite proud 🥹

Tempted to actually put this on spotify so I can secretly stream it at work...
