so i was eating a halloumi durum at 1am on a random bench when a really old dog came up to me to be petted, super friendly and quiet. and after a few minutes this guy walks by and the dog gets up so i say „ah, youre his owner!“ and the guy looks at me without missing a beat and replies „oh no, he owns me. he got me out of the human shelter“ im glad i was sober otherwise that could have send me spiraling man

too vain to not feel bad about my mediocre looks but not vain enough to put in the effort to improve them
