THIS HELPS!! I also like to think of and say out loud simple 4 word sentences of things around me like ‘the grass is green’ ‘the ocean is big’ ‘the sky is blue’ ‘the pillow is soft’ ‘the cat is cute’… etc

I just feel like if you can’t beat my ass don’t talk about me and if you think you can beat my ass then lets find out.
