Annie had been wandering the halls for awhile now. Everyone had cleared out now that it was the break. But the Hufflepuff still remained. Traveling would be too hectic and she wanted some time to just explore the castle so her parents agreed to let her stay behind for the break. As Annie was exploring the halls, she caught a familiar head of red hear behind one of the pillars. “Newt?” with that she padded closer. “Hey! I wasn’t expecting to see you here still. Are you sticking around for the holidays?”

Newt didn’t feel like going home for the Holidays, as his family would bombard him with questions. Questions he may not want to answer at all.  So this year he figured he stay at Hogwarts, and explore more. Hopefully find the creatures that needed saving or even going into the forbidden forest. He knew it wasn’t allowed, but he felt like some type of amazing magical creature needed his help.  He gulped as he heard someone catch him. “Why yes “ he said to her as he wasn’t really the talkative type.
