This is different, usually double stairs have a connecting walk. The whole house has a peculiar layout.

Instead of a sitting area, they have dining tables. There's no reception area at all.

They have this room off of the great room set up as a family room, but there's a bed in the corner.

And, this bedroom is also off the main room.

This bedroom has an ensuite shower room.

Then, here they have the kitchen dining area.

The kitchen's nice, a basic size.

Here's a home office.

This house is weird. Is this really the primary bedroom or a rec room?

There's a kitchen and a laundry room in here.

And, there's also this jetted tub next to the bed.

They also have a regular bath.

The heck with this odd layout, let's go to the beach.

Here we are. Look at the pier.

Tiki bar with toilet.

Look at the tiny sink. There's also a saw in case you want to do some work, b/c that wall isn't finished. Also, there's no tp holder.

And, here's the beach. Look, a cooler, beach chairs, and real sand. There's even a radio.

I'm wondering if the area where the carpet is was supposed to be an indoor pool.

Next, there's a sitting room.

And, across the way, there's the "Gone With the Wind" room.

There's a pool area, a large snack bar, and retro diner seating.

Or, if you want to be a little more formal, you can go to this corner for restaurant seating.

Outside there's a pool with a pavilion. And, a full outdoor kitchen.
