Breakfast Taquitos

So I accidentally made 20 breakfast taquitos. I was GOING to make burritos, but the egg chicken mixture I was baking sorta ended up being too big, and by too big I mean 32 servings big. So I had to cut it down in very thin rectangles, and there was NO room to fold because they were too long. So yeah, breakfast taquitos with fluffy smoked chicken egg. That's yummy I guess!
