There will be a pause on my good omens art for the month of July as I art fight to the best of my abilities lol but have no fear. Once the month is done I already have 4 other Good Omens/Aziracrow pieces I’m working on.
Can’t believe I forgot to post the finished piece here! This was by far one of the hardest art pieces I have ever done, but I’m also insanely proud of how it turned out!
What started out as a practice sketch to start understanding Michael Sheen’s anatomy turned into a in depth hyper detailed painting…. But still I learned a ton a long the way!
Got the flats done for this sexy Crowley piece! I’m still working on the Aziraphale painting so it might be a bit before I get to finish shading and rendering this one but I’m super happy with how the expression turned out! I swear I redrew his face like 50 times.
42 hours and 45 minutes of blood, sweat and a LOT of tears went into this… my wrist hurts.
Good Omens is over. Season 3 broke me (I’m still undecided if I loved it or hated it). But this scene absolutely destroyed me, I loved it.

Some progress photos of the Aziraphale painting I am currently working on, didn’t have much time to work on it this weekend but hoping to finish it this week.
And she’s done! Super happy with how this turned out with the texture and symmetry. My friend said it had super Watership Downs vibes. But I love the idea of doing more pieces for some of the pegan holidays.
New piece I’m working on to represent the spring equinox. Really excited with how it’s coming together :)

This line has stuck with me through many years of life. It is an easy thing to feel that life and the universe is against us. Easy to rage and blame at our friends, family, boss, situation; anything but ourselves.
I would never be so presumptuous to say that all of our problems are of our own making, but rather that it is an interesting thought that this might more often be the case than we would like to believe.

Insanity
I kind of hate it when people say that the definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. I hate it because it’s not the definition it’s just something that Einstein said once. That’s being said it is also really f@&$ing brilliant.
We all do it with one thing or another, but the one thing that we do it the most with is relationships. We date, we break up, we say we want to be single, we get lonely and then POOF.... we convince ourselves that things are different this time, that we won’t make the same mistakes and so on and so forth and before you know it.... you are right back where you started.
I suppose you could call it insanity but I prefer to be more honest, the more accurate word would be stupidity.
Conviction
What is conviction? It’s a word I feel like most people know, but when was the last time you had to use it? When was the last time you heard or read it used and actually felt like it was justified?
Most of the time I feel like I only see it when people are talking about someone’s lack of it. Are there truly any people left in the world with true conviction?
Maybe that isn’t fair. You see people all the time who stick to their beliefs no matter what, but it always seems to be the people who believe in the worst things. Why is it easier to have conviction when it comes to hatred than to love? Greed instead of charity?
Maybe it isn’t the lack of conviction in society that has left me feeling so disheartened but rather of lack of integrity. I want to be a man of integrity with wild amounts of conviction towards truly benevolent ideals, and I’d really like to see more people who want that just as much I do.
