Oh my gods, blood and darkness, how did I forget they both have plush toys?!
Could you imagine if Alucard could actually summon Trevor and Sypha at random due to some MacGuffin unknown vampire/dhampir power? Or, while trying to sleep in their caravan while on the road, fighting monsters (particularly the beast with two backs), if they could just somehow hear him mimicking their voices to complain and talk to himself as them?! Brilliant fic idea; alas, I’m already failing to get a different Alucard fic done.
And what if Zagreus, *instead of just being unable to use Dusa’s companion plush, Fidi, and commenting on her absence during her fired arc*, after a few run attempts, he just eventually mimicked her hiss or high pitched voice to say things he thinks she’d say when still using Fidi while out on an escape attempt? Or if he somehow managed to pull off her hiss and use her ability (perhaps not a good idea in the game, but amazing for a fic).
Anyway, both Alucard and Zagreus love plush toys. Alucard loves his found family, Zagreus is a confirmed collector.
Oh, I forgot to add.
They both like to wear slutty, slutty shirts (toga).

Both games also have Cerberus the good boy. Except in Castlevania, he’s a mean cool and standoffish boy in Castlevania.
They’re both depicted with swords being their primary weapon.

Dad issues. Severe dad issues. I-will-kill-you levels of dad issues. I would also add mom issues, but Zagreus at least got a second mother in Nyx. And then he also got his birth mother back at the end of the game. And started to resolve his mutual issues with Hades. Alucard was orphaned and then outlived his found family over and over again.
And the kicker is, in one canon or another, they’re both reincarnated versions of someone else. In Castlevania, in the canon of one of the games, Alucard is the revived version of a dead Trevor Belmont; while in Hades, Zagreus and Dionysus start a rumour that Zagreus is the latter’s reincarnation.

Curd snack is a dairy confectionery that is prepared with sweetened and pressed curd cheese. It is usually covered in a chocolate coating and comes in various flavors such as vanilla, chocolate, or caramel, and it's often dotted with fruits, coconut flakes, poppy seeds, or chocolate bits.
Even though it can be prepared at home, the cold, refrigerated curd snacks are usually factory-produced and available throughout the Baltic region.

Rejection sensitivity is a real prick. Not being able to handle disapproval and wishing you’d be able to take back a decision you made, that your indecisive ass thought you wanted, just so that you wouldn’t have to deal with disapproval from someone else is… bleh.
You can’t get angry or sad without feeling guilty.
You know the indecisive decision you want might piss someone off, so you keep quiet.
Then you work up the courage to admit it.
Then you learn if you had spoken up minutes earlier, it would have actually been fine, but now that you spoke up too late, you have actually pissed someone off.
And in the end you feel upset, guilty and angry over an inconsequential matter that shouldn’t even have been a problem.
Make up your mind, mind. Do I get dopamine for expressing my unexpected change in irrelevant wants despite concerns of being a burden, or do I feel like I threatened to kick puppies and take over the world? While you regulate my inexplicable emotions, mind, in the mean time, my grown ass is going to cuddle my plushies and cope through unhealthy snack cravings.
Sure, he became a Green Lantern pretty recently in DC Vs Vampires, which is still great for our boy Alfred, but the sheer potential he has a Blue Lantern is something I really hope will get explored (unless it has, in which case, please point me to it) one day.
The ability to care and strength of this man would make him a prime candidate to be Earth's Blue Lantern. Alfred's been there for Bruce since day one, raising him as a semi-functional human being while still guiding Bruce to become the very thing Bruce wants to be, an avenger of his parents and a protector of anybody who may find themselves in another situation.
He's stayed by Bruce's side through everything, from his 'birth' as Batman to back-breaking injuries, acting as the glue and heart of the Wayne family.
I know people don't like the Batman Who Laughs (and I do agree that the concept of Batman Who Laughs could have been handed way better than that), but for the most part I like what little we know of his Alfred.
A Green-Lantern!Alfred likely could have put down the Batman Who Laughs. In many of his origins, Alfred was a British special forces veteran before he became a butler to the Waynes, so his mental fortitude would likely be next to none out of all of the Bat-Family's non-vigilante allies, such as Dr Lesley and Commissioner Gordon.
But Batman Who Laugh's Alfred, despite almost succeeding... lost when he was convinced, and therefore must have had hope, that Bruce was still there under the insanity.
Alfred is a stalwart companion to the Bat-Family, a grandfather-like figure to many of the vigilantes. He runs command from the Bat-Cave, patches everyone up, gives advice, companionship and resolves arguments.
From being willing to shoot intruders in the Batcave (because he, unlike his master, 'doesn't prescribe to such niceties') to dreaming about shooting the Joker if the madman ever succeeds in hurting his family, Alfred is a man of will and hope. By acknowledging his concerns and inspiring him to take on the mantle in a different light, Alfred convinced Dick to become Batman during the Battle For The Cowl. He played to Dick's background and strengths as a circus performer and convinced him to see the role as just that, a role.
And in City of Bane, when Thomas Wayne and Bane have control over Gotham and are able to keep the Bat-Family out, by holding Alfred hostage with his life at stake, the still-captive Alfred sends a signal saying that he's escaped, giving (admittedly false) hope to the family and tricking them into returning. Though it results in his death at the hands of Bane, Alfred changed the game by taking himself out of it, allowing for the Bat-Family's fight against Thomas Wayne and Bane to continue.
And so we come to the end.
Alfred, for all his own willpower, is capable of inspiring great hope within others. To Bruce, to Dick, to Damian, and to the rest of the family. He hopes every night that when they go out to fight someone like the Joker that they'll come back safe, and if they don't... well, he has enough willpower to get the job done himself.
Plus, Alfred would just get along great with Saint Walker. Sage like, caring and subtly snarky (and Saint Walker is subtly snarky under that otherwise passive demeanour, just look at the way he interacts with Razer). They'd drink tea and meditate and diss discuss their adopted sons, Bruce and Razer.

Has anybody else ever thought that, theoretically, that the Green Lantern who best understands Batman might be Guy Gardner?
Batman, by many fans and at least in some incarnations, is heavily thought to be written as having ASD, something that is even hinted towards (though not confirmed, as far as I remember) in at least one comic panel.
While Guy Gardner, with degrees in psychology and education, was once a teacher for special needs kids (two of the kids in the below comic panel appear to have mobility issues, as the kid in the back has a crutch and the girl in the middle appears to have a walker) before he resigned after becoming a Green Lantern; we get to see that he was good with them and even (for a guy who became so rude and crude later on) loved working with them.
Sure, Batman and Guy Gardner heavily dislike each other, but it could make for an interesting dynamic and foil that, despite being so opposed to each other, there's a very reluctant understanding from Guy understanding why Batman is who he is.
All this to say, I'm currently too all over the place to draw a comic of the two interacting where Guy realises that Batman doesn't randomly disappear when you turn your back on him to be rude or mysterious, but because Gotham's Dark Knight is having a sensory overload from the sheer effort to have a conversation and needs out. And then they have burritos.
