NYC friends! ✨ On Sunday April 30th I'll be speaking at an amazing event called Cycles + Sex, which will bring together thought-leaders and innovators in the women's health space. I guarantee you won't want to miss a moment of it! ✨ It's all going down @404NYC from 11:30-7pm. You'll get a full day of juicy workshops and panels (all the stuff we should know, but probably don't), the tools to make it all better, and local resources and organizations doing groundbreaking work to help us along the way. ✨ The time is now to activate, innovate and educate people about their bodies. Spent the day at @nutritionschool headquarters filming videos for the upcoming hormone health continuing education course! ✨ Nearly eight years ago I moved to NYC so I could do IIN's last live health coach certification program, before it went completely online. Hand on heart, I never even imagined I'd come full circle and get the opportunity to help create a course for them! ✨ Seriously guys, don't ever let anyone dissuade you from following your dreams. When I decided to move to NYC from Florida to pursue this whole "health coaching thing", pretty much everyone in my life was like, girl you're crazy! Hardly anyone was positive about it. So much so, that I thought I was a little crazy for taking such a massive leap! ✨ But here I am. Living the dream I had all those years ago. Don't doubt that you can too.
