Hey folks! Parker here. I’m a gay, transgender student in Massachusetts looking to widen the range of LGBTQ books that are available in public schools. I’m working on the Revere district currently; I already brought LGBTQ books to one of their middle schools, and I’m raising money to buy books for their high school.

This project isn’t limited to Massachusetts though. I look forward to expanding past Massachusetts in the future, but for now, my focus sits on Revere.

However, I need more than just monetary donations. The list of LGBTQ books I have accumulated is not as large as I wish it was. I have more than 90 books listed, most of which are young adult fiction. Don’t get me wrong, what I have already is fantastic, but there’s always space for more.

This is where you come in! Please, if you have any recommendations for LGBTQ books, shoot them my way! I’m open to any and every recommendation, and I would be delighted if you told me a bit about the book too. If needed, please include content warnings so I can put them on my book list as well.

hi this is embarrassing as shit but we’ve (my mom and i) ran out of food and our hydro (electric and heat) bill is at 214 to pay off, we cant afford at all for it to go into next month because its usually 300 something so 500 something would end up taking all my money as i get 1k and pay 500 for rent. my grandma recently (december) passed away and its been a huge blow emotionally and money wise as her pension paid hydro automatically so we never had to worry about it.now its overwhelming.

 im asking for help for food and the hydro bill and i can send screenshots of me paying the bill if anyone wants that. no one is obligated to send me anything im just panicking hard because if it isnt paid off next month we’re even more screwed than we are now.
